We were having problems with our outside electrical panel cutting out when the washer, dryer and…read moreair conditioner where operating at the same time. We contacted Secure Electrical Contractors and within ten minutes Moises contacted us to schedule an appointment at our convince to service the electrical panel. He did explained every step of the process and found the original wiring when the house was purchased was not completed up to code. The repairs took one day with Miguel completing the work in a timely and professional manner the same day! The greatest thing I admire about Moises is his sense of community in which he is teaching his own kids the electrical trade which is definitely a plus for any person to learn. Great customer service from the beginning to the end of the project and will definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. William R

The utility company could have done it a day earlier but didn't because Secure Electric told us to just tell them to "just unlock the meter." However after theyre super overprice quote I did some research and got a second opinion and figured out the problem and called El Paso Electric again to fix it but we were still without power for 2 days because of them. Plus they charged $200 to lie to us. They misled us and confused us more and quoted us a bunch of unnecessary work just to over charge us and when I politely asked for at least our money back since they didnt even provide a correct diagnostic the wife said they would but next day the owner of the company came by and said "nope never mind were not gonna refund you afterall" despite getting caught red handed trying to screw us. As you can read in the texts had they refunded us we would've forgiven them even though they tried to screw us over but after they said they arrogantly said were not willing to even do that and " we don't care if you post this" Im left with no choice but to post up all the details as a warning to others. They act real polite and everything but they are just out to screw you. Hire literally ANYONE ELSE

So when it came time to completely upgrade/relocate/rewire the main breaker box and many electricals throughout the house, my family and I looked for a professional. We'd much rather pay someone else to risk electrocution. We took our time and interviewed a number of electrical contractors in the city, and had them come through for an inspection and $$ quote. In the end, we chose Axion. Largely because of their attention to detail during the inspection -it was much more thorough than most of the others. A couple of the other electricians we interviewed actually seemed rather indifferent about taking on our work- which annoyed me. If you're not gonna bother to at least feign interest in the job, then don't bother offering to do it in the first place. Sheesh. There was none of that with Axion though. They seemed to take a genuine interest in our house and needs. They thoroughly explained our options and their intentions in how they would go about bringing everything up to current code; and we had a very reasonable price quote in hand relatively quickly. The actual work went quickly as well. Within the span of two and a half days they had relocated the main electrical line for the house; relocated and upgraded the breaker box; added necessary grounding rods; added two outside receptacles; relocated and upgraded three bathroom receptacles, and upgraded something like 20 regular plugs. Throughout all of that they kept things tidy as they worked. Communication was excellent throughout too. The city inspector came by a couple days later and gave it all a thumbs up. In fact he was rather complimentary of their work. He especially seemed to like the work on the breaker box. They're licensed, insured, bonded...all that stuff that doesn't seem to matter as much as $price$ to most of us; but most importantly, they're competent. They made what could have been a nightmare a very easy experience. It is appreciated.
