I asked this company to be with me and they have honesty been looking out for them self and just about money for them. My experience with Suntech has not been the best. If you are looking for a team that will keep you informed of everything every step of the way, Suntech Solitons is NOT the team. I was never told when the solar panels were going to be installed, the installer and his team arrived to my house unexpectedly. I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I was also never shown how to use the solar edge app. I hope this info helps other individuals, before you do anything with Suntech have it in writing and just know that you will have to be on top of the team constantly to keep you in the loop of what is going on and be prepared to have technicians/installers come to your house without you expecting them. Get the numbers of the team leads so if you have issues you have a point of contact.

I strongly recommend Longhorn for all your maintenance needs and truly appreciate their honestly. Again Job Well Done Abraham.

Our clients are the reason we exist – so you are always the priority. Despite being a brand-new home with brand-new units, both systems have repeatedly stopped working--one due to a motor failure, and later the other for the same issue. No repair they have performed has lasted more than six months. In the beginning, these failures were covered, but now we are being billed $200 for yet another repair on equipment that has never functioned reliably for a full year. It is incredibly frustrating to have continuous problems with what should be high-quality, long-lasting systems in a new build. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unprofessional and inconsiderate. Just yesterday, they came at an unagreed-upon time. I even left work early to be home because they said they would return--yet they never showed. There was no communication, no respect for my time, and absolutely no accountability. Overall, they have been unwilling to acknowledge or correct the repeated quality issues with the units they installed. After four years of unreliable AC, repeated breakdowns, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them.

Although my AC unit was 12 years old, I was always, always happy and satisfied with their service. So when it came time to replace the old unit, I never hesitated in having them do the work. Javier, one of their best techs, with much patience, explained our options and going with a quick repair would have cost a lot more down the road and still would have required a new installation. They quickly assessed the situation and what was needed that day and completely installed the following day. The two installers, Sergio and Yager were incredibly fast, careful, and efficient. They did a beautiful job insulating the duct from the unit to my house, seal-coated everything, and left the work area clean. On top of all their work, they didn't mind the variety of questions we asked. Nope not at all, both gentleman were patient, respectful, and thorough about answering our questions. The owner, Kike (Enrique) was just as professional and courteous throughout the project. Listen, I am not an employee or paid for giving this review. I stand by my experience with 4 Tech A/C Services, they are good people with a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC industry. You can't go wrong with them! I forgot to mention the office staff. The ladies in the office were incredibly nice from Karen, Kike's wife, and I am sorry, I didn't catch the third lady's name. I really appreciated their help and efficiency. Thank you ladies and Forgive me for leaving you out.
