There are a multitude of apple varieties to choose from and the honey crisp apple I had was delicious. The farm is huge and had a plethora of trees to pick from. They also have a cute farm stand where you can buy pre picked apples, corn, apple cider, etc. They also have pick your own raspberries and peaches but we didn't go at the right time of year for those. We parked a little far out from the entrance based on how busy it was (Sunday afternoon), but it was an easy walk. A lot of the apples that were ready to be picked and of good quality were at the top of the trees. I wish they offered ladders or picker tools to allow people to get good apples that can't be reached otherwise. Also, they had run out of apple cider donuts, which was a shame. We got some apple cider and fresh raspberries to take home, which were also both delicious. I would definitely pick our own raspberries next year if we return. We would definitely go back for a fun Fall activity each year!

All you have to do is grab a bucket! There are a ton of blueberry bushes so you can spread out pretty easily. The prices are really reasonable. It was only $2.95 per pound. (Remember a pound is the same as a pint, or about 2 cups.) If you pick over 10 lbs you get a discount! I also appreciate that they don't charge for containers. The people working here are super friendly! The blueberry season is mid/late July to early/mid August. I'll definitely make blueberry picking at Rocky Point Farm a summer tradition!

Across the street is a picturesque white clapboard historic church, and a cozy library. This all makes for a lovely setting for the Scituate Rotary Farmers Market. Each Saturday from 9-12 you can shop from not only local fruit, vegetable, and meat farmers, but you can also purchase handmade foraged art photo prints, goat milk soap, a variety of crocheted items, plants, flowers, and so much more. There is often live music, baked goods to savor, and sometimes food trucks. This is the perfect Saturday morning place, and you can also stroll through the lovely shops and cafes of North Scituate after perusing the farmer's market.
