We feel indebted to her for commitment to our family in supporting the move into Palmettos. She would even text us off-hours to see how things were going for our transition. I witnessed their maintenance director, Sonny - also a peach to be with, training new employees which showed me there is a comprehensive training program for new employees. We had the "pleasure" of participating in a fire drill on day two while we were setting up mom's apartment. The staff was very patient with her, provided her with nursing care, alerted us to any potential problems and kept us informed with how she was doing.
