Then he left early on March 28, 2024 and never came back. I texted, called, and emailed. He just ignored every communication and never said, hey I'm not coming back. I assumed maybe he went back to jail or was in the hospital, since he assured us he'd see the job through. Watch out. He may just walk off the job in the middle. I've asked him for money back since he took payment and didn't do the work.

They pumped out my oil tank, raised it off the floor, poured a new foundation, lowered the tank back down, and then pumped my oil back in - fantastic! They also put in a sealed sump pump - which doesn't allow radon to escape. While they were in there they took care of some drainage issues and fut footings in for me where the house needed to be jacked up due to settling over the years. It was a great experience, I would hire them again.

My husband who is a bilateral amputee had to take care of it. Very dangerous for him as he cannot feel the ground beneath him. Their excuse was machines breaking down and not being able to find anyone to snow blow. However, they didn't have the decency to call us. We prepaid for the service and also had a severe medical situation that needed nurses and hospice staff to be able to enter our property. They knew that when we hired them. At the end of the year, I sent in more money to cover if it snowed in March/April. The monies left over would be held for this year (2018). I have called them many, many times over the summer, leaving messages and getting no response. Finally, today contact was made. They couldn't wait to tell me they had received no calls from me (basically that I was a liar) and thought it best to end their service. I agreed. I asked for my refund, she said to read my contract, and hung up on me. Apparently, I have lost my $200+ money that was to roll over to this year. I always paid ahead and if any extra work was done, I paid them cash before they left. We often had to go out after them as well because they would not go down to the tar as requested and created a sheet of ice which was very treacherous for all of us who had to maneuver on it. Very disappointed in their lack of service and would not recommend.

Central Maine roofing put a fabulous standing seam roof on my home. Ron, the owner has been doing…read moremetal roofs for years and answered my many questions before I asked him to do the work. I learned the importance of what "standing seam" means - basically it means there are no exposed fasteners. With the exposed fastener type, which is the cheaper type you have a strong potential down the road for water incursion. Ron does a true standing seam metal roof where there are NO exposed fasteners. He knows all about installing metal roofs. His crew were very courteous, professional and diligent hard workers. Ron was on the job and hands on the whole time. He has a very expensive machine with the rolls of metal so he can cut the correct sizes right on the property. The fact is that my house here in Maine is just a mobile home. After this experience with Ron and his crew I would recommend him to anyone. I have a brick and mortar home in Florida and if it were here in Maine and in need of a roof, I would definitely have Ron put a metal roof on it. My new metal roof here in Maine is gorgeous!!!
