The team at Harlan Ruby/Vroom Vroom Balloon was absolutely awesome to work with on balloon arrangements for two special events. I was a previous customer and am so happy I returned! We cannot thank them enough for their creative direction, patience & excellent customer service while designing arrangements for our daughters 1st birthday & 2 year wedding anniversary, it all turned out perfect!!! In addition to the balloons I was able to get some super cute decor for the party! Thank you again! We will definitely be back, I would highly recommend Harlan Ruby/Vroom Vroom Balloon for your party needs!

Deflated balloons after twenty minutes of transport. Unacceptable for $350 balloons.

If I could give you all zero stars, I would. You don't deserve even one star. The was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I went to this shop on Thursday to purchase balloons for my 30TH birthday photoshoot which I was so excited to use their services because they claim to be professionals. I placed the order on Thursday, August 19th for pickup on Saturday, August 21st. The balloons were supposed to read "GROWN AF" for my 30th birthday. I spent $350 on balloons and by the time I got to the photoshoot (which was 20 minutes away from the pickup location) three of the seven balloons were completely deflated (as seen in the picture). I was unable to use the balloons. Because I was paying for my photographer's time, I was unable to call right then and place a complaint. I called when I got home to let the owner know what happened and instead of issuing an apology and trying to fix it (I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked for some type of resolution), the manager or "balloon specialist" decided to place blame and insist that unfortunately there was nothing she could do. As a person who owns her own service-based business, I can assure you that there's always something that can be done, whether it's another order of balloons or a gift card, something could have been done. I had no problem finding a resolution that would have worked for both parties but instead the owner would rather place blame and not try to find a resolution that would have worked for the both of us. She even told me that some of the balloons (the R in particular), were inflated two days in advance before I picked them up (which is not abnormal, but could be the reasoning for why that particular letter deflated so quickly.) For $350, I could've had better service at Party City. I will never return to this establishment and you all should learn proper customer service and how to find amicable solutions for your paying customers. Especially during a pandemic where there are cheaper (and better) options. This was a terrible customer experience and you all are operating under piss poor management who could use a class or two on how to operate a business with integrity. If you're looking for party favors, you're better off going to Party City. It's cheaper with better customer service.

Nashville has not been inundated with Walgreens, CVS, ABC Stores, and chain stores. When it comes…read moreto buying your souvenir, both Nashville Gifts and Legends Gift Shop are the go-to places for your Nashville souvenir. Tucked between the Broadway Honky-tonks, Nashville Gifts may not be honky-tonking the greatest price, however, their selection is impressive. For example, their t-shirts were over $20 and Nashville caps cost around $30. But to be honest, I saw that the only Downtown Walgreens charged similar prices for Nashville caps. As far as selection, I am a fan. They provide a grand array of gifts from t-shirts to place mats. As for me, I am a magnet collector, and purchased a Nashville magnet to add to my refrigerator collection. In hindsight I would've purchased a Nashville book mark. Just like a popular honky-tonk, Nashville Gifts was extraordinarily busy in similar style to Legends Gifts across the street. I am not a fan of crowds. On our last full day in Nashville when my Dad and Brother returned to pick up more souvenirs, I waited outside on Broadway taking in the horse drawn carriages with the AT&T Tower towering above the historic streetscape. Due to solid management, the long lines moved fast with good customer service that included the clerk wrapping up my magnet. That magnet with my pictures and yelps are my reminders of visiting Music City USA.

This is one of the nicer gift shop on Boulevard. There's so much products insider, spreading over…read moretwo floors. They have plenty of different types of apparel, all music and Nashville themed. There's a huge variety souvenir items like magnets, stickers, cups, mugs, frames, bags, cowboy hats, caps, shot glasses, books, bags and so much more. The prices of the items are reasonable. We compared the prices to other stores, it was similar and in some cases cheaper. The aisles are slim, so it's shoulder to shoulder walking when crowded. The staff members mostly stay around register to help customers with checkout. We stopped by this store multiple times, bought stuff like a book, magnet and picture frame from here. We went during weekend peak hours, so had to wait about 10 minutes to checkout.
