Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the previous iteration of the space but I thoroughly appreciate the current setup. Upon arrival, it feels as if one is entering someone's home. Out front, there is an awesome porch area that contains a few table/chair combos for outdoor seating and once inside, the space is very inviting and welcoming. The backside of the space contains a large wood deck full of table/chair combos (plus umbrellas) which depending on the weather, is a perfect place for sitting outside, enjoying a beverage of choice while getting a little work done. As for food, I have yet to try anything but it consists of lite bites (think charcuterie boards). As for beverages, I am a drip coffee person and they have a good one. When wanting something a little more than coffee, I highly recommend their espresso martini. For me, it's top 2 of the best that I have ever had. Lastly, the staff is great!!! They are always friendly and just add to the vibe of the place. Neighborlily is always a must stop for me whenever I'm in the area. If you find yourself in the area, it should be a must stop for you too.

If you get 'ish for free, you have no right to bitch and moan about its quality. Anyway, the items in this shop are not free, but they are very much gift-worthy. If you want to seem funny or thoughtful or clever or witty towards someone you love (or perhaps someone you want to love you), this is the place to go. The store is always clean and stocked with local merchandise that would please any picky buyers. The owners are proud and available to assist and thank patrons for their business. We only leave a couple of blocks from the store so it's always a plus to have it close when gift giving or have quick access to local goods. I would recommend to sign up for the rewards points as you can redeem some during the holiday season. We love the shops on Fatherland, but this is hands down the best spot on the block.
