Once they got started, that ease of communication continued. Jeff, Terrance, and Pete, were all very sure to make sure that we got the fence that we wanted with all the details we desired. They were also good at coming up with better versions of ideas we had that were more cost-effective and looked better. Our finished product is beautiful, and we really like how much better it makes our property look. We really feel that we got the fence we wanted out of this project. Instead of just showing up and building a fence, Hadley Construction made sure we got _the_ fence, and we're very happy for that.

Josh left a very good impression so I decided to hire him for replacing bathroom flooring that had rotted and tiling a bathroom. While those jobs were in progress, I had decided to expand the bathroom in the primary bedroom, which was only a half bathroom at the time. The expansion entailed removing 2 different closets to make room for a shower. I can say that he genuinely cares about quality and doing it right the first time so things don't have to get reworked down the road. Josh completed the jobs as promised and exceeded expectations. Not only do I 100% recommend hiring Josh, I certainly plan to hire him for future projects.

Firstly, this is probably my 3rd ever post on Yelp but I feel compelled to post this out of pure…read morefrustration and disappointment.....even after a few years. I'm currently in the middle of refurbishing the 12 wooden corbels on my house. KR construction "repaired" them a few years ago along with their recommendation to also replace the 8 facia boards. The repair initially looked good, however....... The reason I'm redoing the corbels is because I'm sick of looking at the mismatched, warped, shrunken timber that KR supposedly fixed the issue with. Kevin (owner) lost my respect the day he convinced me to spend more money on replacing all 8 facia boards instead of patching the existing ones by cutting out old rotted wood and using new wood and wood filler. His reasoning was that I'd pull up the drive each day, look up and stare at the shrunken repaired wood and wish I had simply installed new timber. Well, I took the bait and his advice. During the installation of the new corbels his guys measured wrong and used a template that did not match 10 of the 12 corbels. Instead of creating a new template with correct dimensions, they added more wood to the 10 incorrectly measured corbels the in a manner consistent with the "Tetris" game (blocks of wood placed in a strategic method to appear whole). This was completely against his original logic of not using pieces of wood to make a whole piece because of shrinkage issues. It initially looked ok and solved my rotted corbel problem. However, once the sun hit the wood the pieces of wood used to fill gaps soon shrank and warped leaving a hot mess and me staring at them when I pull up my driveway. I reached out to Kevin who said he'd have one of his guys fix the issue for $200. No one ever showed up. Well, fast forward to now and me wasting time and money repairing KR Constructions poor craftsmanship, skill and advice. In short, I see KR signs posted at construction sites and hope he treats them well and does a good job. My experience was that Kevin is a liar and provided a less than adequate service. Yes KR, I'm still reaping the rewards of your amazing work....

These were fairly big projects but Arturo will do smaller jobs as well if needed. Acc did everything they said they would and stayed within the budget that was proposed and it was done on time.
