Eric was super responsive before during and after the inspection. Always text me back promply and was very professional at all times. The inspection didn't turn up any major issues luckily as it's a new home but I could tell by how well documented the few minor deficiencies that he did report that he was extremely thorough. I probably won't need a home inspection anytime soon but I definitely will be using Eric when it's time to do one again and I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for an inspector. We needed an inspection done on a home, and done right away as we had a short window in which to decide on purchasing the property. Eric came the day after we contacted him and spent an entire morning doing a thorough inspection: from the roof, to the attic, to ceilings, walls, floor and foundation and everything in between. Very professional, very helpful, and took to explain his findings to me. In summary, an excellent service. The completed report, 45 pages of detailed findings with pictures and recommended actions, was ready that evening.
