The younger "employees" riding around on the forklift outside were extremely put out that they had to get off their cell phone and were required to fill an order and made it plain that even the words hello or have a good day was beyond their ability. If it requires getting their lazy butt off the equipment to put something in the truck it earned you a glare. As a builder I wanted to check this company out before utilizing them for large projects. Found out all I needed to know. Will never go back there. Being polite and friendly doesn't cost a dime. However being blatantly rude and unfriendly can sure cost you.

And your reviews mean nothing in comparison to what I have experienced first hand. This has to be one of the finest retail operations I've experienced. I have bought a couple of knives over the past few months from this location and they have NOT preformed well. I am a daily carrier that uses my knife for basically anything that is required in that moment (I am in the new construction residential industry), however, when I went in an hour ago, I explained HOW I was using these knives, as another one was not preforming. Tim Rowland overheard, stepped up, and showed me a gambit of wonderful knives, catered to my use and needs after listening. I understand that this gentleman is not a salesperson, but one who typically makes the knives in the back, but he took the time to show me around and demoed 8-10 different knifes to make sure I was making the right decision. While before I was price conscious (around $50-$60 budget), today he showed me what I needed to make sure my needs were met. I walked out spending $350 on a blade that I did not intend on buying. But I feel now I have the knife that I need. I will forever buy all of my blades from this shoppe.
