I also realize that I was shorted two cables, and went back for a refund/exchange of product. The guys were nice enough to help me with the exchange however at the bottom of their receipt (buyer beware) it does stay there is a 20% restocking fee. Mind you though the items that I purchased, I literally could have taken two steps to the right and restocked them for them in about 10 seconds. I was simply told sorry that is our policy and it is stated on the receipt. I had to pay $65 restocking fee for seven items (make that eight, he also charged me the restocking fee on the one that they forgot to give me) that I could've simply put back in the box 5 feet to my right. I was barely offered an apology , and basically told that was how things are. Not only have these guys lost my personal business, but they have also lost any future business that I could've provided through my renovation company. Hope you guys are happy, good luck in the future. I would've given them 4 to 5 stars for their original service, but the way the guy at the counter acted when I had to do the exchange was like his job and just gotten 20 times harder. He couldn't figure out the math and as I stated before overcharged me on the restocking fee. Way to handle business guys.
