I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

He noticed little things issues with our old layout and took the initiative to address them before the project was finished. That level of care and pride in the work really stood out. I even had to leave town while the remodel was underway, and I never once worried about leaving our home in their hands. Their stock is not really displayed in a meaningful way and today I found myself just walking in and walking out because I did not want to "deal" with the mess. This store has become the unrefined country cousin for the other stores that sell and display elegant to everyday kitchen wares in the same center. They really need to update the store so as to create more interest and eventually more traffic. The one thing that they shouldn't change, is their customer service. Customer service here is great and the ladies are always friendly and helpful. They deserve to have a store that makes them proud.

He got us a great deal on the granite we wanted and the cabinets he installed are high quality. We were also able to borrow a couple samples from his store when we were figuring out the colors and his wife helped up decide on a couple of things. He is very thorough and detailed, taking his time with cutting the tiles, etc. Great family business. I would hire Robert again to complete more work once we have more projects in mind.

We contracted with for new cabinet fronts for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were to have been…read moreinstalled between Christmas and New Years - typically a slow time for the cabinet business. The final front was installed the end of March. Since before March we have asked for touch up paint to fix the scratches from the install. We also needed the paint to repaint a circular open end shelf that was not replaced. The fronts were not protected in any fashion that I could see and there are numberous chips on the fronts. I am now of the opinion all the fronts need to be resprayed. Today is June 25, 2013 and still no touch up paint. Yes, calls with the owner, installer, endless e-mail's and text messages....no paint. My husband didn't have an issue with writing a check to Fine Line as he trusted them......No, I am not a happy camper and guess I now have to go to Home Depot or another cabinet shop for paint.
