The green chili Mac was good. Didn't get to try the pickle flight because they were out, which was disappointing. Good prices, but the green chili and regular mac were different portions for the same price. When two bowls of Mac came out with different fill levels but were the same price, we questioned it. The response was the green chili Mac has more because the bowls start with the same portion of Mac and then the green chili gets added on top. Then why are they the same price? read more

The restaurant is good with the duck being awesome. I would recommend the pork pops with hot sauce and blue cheese appetizer as well. The wedge salad unfortunately had brown lettuce but otherwise the meal was really good. The service was good. We stayed for the Halloween festivities. A gem to find in this small. Molly and Macy, the mixologist were great, in fact all the staff seemed really nice, helpful & worked great as a team, great management. Of course dinner was delicious, flavorful, plus presentation on all food, compliments to the chef, all looked delicious, as I sat at the bar, watching it all go out from the kitchen that was working really well and hard. A must visit even if driving through for the night. I don't need to wish the new resturant all the best, as there do great! BTW, fresh flowers had a nice touch. read more

We really enjoyed Harding. It was beautifully decorated with a casual yet stylish decor. There is a small shop inside, which was closed when we got there, but one can still view the goods. Paintings on the wall are gorgeous and many are for sale. Our waitress was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. My Mom and I ordered the Lavender Fields cocktail and as a table we ordered the Logan Logs with green chili. Personally, the green chili was a bit to spicy for me, but despite that, and popular opinion at the table, was that it was very flavorful. My Dad and I both ordered the Grilled Wild Caught Salmon. Every bite was spectacular! My Husband had the Wagyu Burger, and he scarfed it down quite quickly. He really enjoyed it. My Mom had the Fried Chicken Dinner, and despite it being a bit too big for her she really loved it. Our waitress had informed the chef that our table raved about the green chili and he came out to see us. He was very friendly and talked about the history of the building and its journey to now. We are super excited about this place and we have plans to return next month when my Parents come for another visit. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience!!! read more

Came here on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving around lunchtime, noonish. We believe that we were the only two patrons at the time, maybe a large party in the back of the restaurant. We did not venture to the back of the restaurant so we are not 100% certain about that statement. A simple menu, with many, what seem to be tasty food options. We were both looking for a hamburger, so that's what we ordered. We were asked how we would like the burgers cooked, two choices, pink or no pink. We went with pink. After roughly 20 minutes, our food arrived. The burger was fresh off the grill, it was very hot, and "no pink", the two potato wedges that we each received were warm at best. See picture attached, it even says on the receipt that she requested that our burgers have a pink center. WARNING, you must ask for the following condiments for this particular meal: onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Keep in mind if you ask for ketchup, it comes in packets. I believe the packets came from the Rio Grande train or Sonic. I can't tell. The ketchup came out, three packets for four potato wedges. When we asked for more ketchup and some raw onions, our waitress had asked the kitchen about the onions, she's been working here since March, and didn't know if we could get onions or not. But when she did come back with the ketchup, she told us these were the last three packets of ketchup that were available. The burger was amazing, even though it was not cooked to our request; pink, it was still very tasty. Our server did a great job, and was very cordial, polite l, and did an overall great job. TAKE AWAY: if you want any condiments with your food that you may think requires condiments, ask ahead of time when ordering. BOTTOMLINE: I would come back here again and try the burger again, making sure that I asked ahead of time for what I wanted to complement it at time the of ordering. read more

Cocktails are amazing ($13 for their specialty cocktails). I had the Lavender Fields and Mint Chocolate Jesus. Both were unique and tasty. The elotes ($8) on the appetizer menu was also really good. I ordered Mac and Cheese ($15), the cheese sauce could have been more flavorful and more cheesy. The cheese and breadcrumb topping was good. I would have liked some bacon mixed in- that would have kicked up the favor. The serving was HUGE! They do have a green chili Mac option with pork shoulder, but I tend to be more of a purist with my Mac and Cheese- I wasn't sure if it was going to be Mac and cheese with green chili sauce, or more of a green chili inspired Mac... My parents shared a HUGE Cesar salad ($15) that was good, and they did also shared the surf and turf ($60). The steak was ordered medium rare but was a little more rare that I would have preferred- but it was still tasty. The crab cake was good, but not as good as I'm used to in California. They didn't get the mashed potatoes with their meal that should have been included, but we didn't realize until I was writing this review. All in all, if I was ever in town again, I'd come back for the drinks and probably stick to the appetizer menu because the appetizer we saw at the other tables looked amazing- and the people at the table next to us were commenting on how delicious their eggplant and the Logan's logs (potato wedges) with the lamb were. read more

My GF and I have been to this FABULOUS new eatery on Main St. at least 8 times now. We are so thrilled to have them here in Cañon City. EVERY meal has been top notch. Service is always spot on. Cocktails are consistently delicious. Ambiance is comfortable but can be a little loud. To compare this restaurant with Dennys or Village Inn is absolutely laughable. To complain about the prices without even going in to try the food, is ridiculous. You get what you pay for. And this new spot on Main Street is FANTASTIC. read more

Decided to stop by the other night and oh am I glad I did. Me and my fiancé are new to the area so we've been trying all the restaurants in town and this is for sure one of my favorites. Not only where the cocktails amazing, but the food and service were great as well. Even the bartender (mollie I believe) came to our table to help with my questions about their cocktail menu. Tiana was our server (sorry if I remember the name wrong) she was very attentive and easy to order with. Don't even get me started on the ribeye steak, we ordered it medium rare like one does with steak and it was literally melt in your mouth. Some of the portions were a bit small ( mainly the appetizers) but they are reasonably priced so I wasn't mad about it. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. The food is outstanding, only to be outshined by the service (Tiana was amazing). Cocktails were also unique and well-executed. Recommend the logan logs with lamb and the shogun's decapitation in particular. Definitely worth our trip out from Beulah and such a great option for PW folks. My only feedback would be to lower the lights a bit to help the ambiance, but really an outstanding restaurant from start to finish! read more

Loved it! The server was friendly and checked back with us often. We highly recommend the Logan Log, delicious green chili. Two of our party had the salmon and loved it. I had the fried chicken and it was really delicious. The fourth person ate the Wagyu burger and enjoyed it very much. We had dessert and enjoyed a hand made cocktail. The chef came out and greet us. Overall a great evening at a really lovely spot. Will definitely visit it again. read more
