Refrigerator roach infested. I stay for 10 days after signing lease. Complain since first day and nothing got resolved. I'm not fighting with roaches every night on my bed. I'm moving out, I demanded my deposit back. Haven't heard anything yet. I'm majorly sick and have no kidneys to fight with if get a disease or bacteria from roaches in Refrigerator if get in my food. I'm very upset and don't trust this company. Do your research!!!!

Long story short, the apartment went into abatement because he failed to address the rodents and other issues that arose. My issue is that he refuses to return my deposit for reasons he's grabbing out of the air. I intend to take him to small claims court for my money but in the meantime Beware- Do Not rent from Keg's or you will regret it shortly thereafter.

The things you have to watch is the Rental Manager who will try to throw charges on you that are the tenants reasonability especially when they check out. The other is their maintenance section. They use their buddies that they claim are the best in the business, not true. Their cleaning individual is a waste of time; their painting crew couldn't color a coloring book and the wood floor refinisher do more damage than good. They use someone else to do their inspections during the renting period and they are useless. A representee from Golden Key did the final check out inspection. There were areas the inspector stated would be cleaned that were not. The two areas to get the house back in shape they recommended that were good were the carpet and the ozone cleansing venders, they were good. We have spent additional money to repaint the house and other areas. One other thing is, when you advise the Rental Manager of a violation of the leasing contract no action was taken. Forget the rest and forget Golden Key Rental Department. Service and quality, forget it.

The problem is he didn't edge the lawn.It's like you get a haircut but don't trim the edges! This lack of basic lawncare makes the surrounding homes look bad. I worked with 2 agents and had the worst experience…read more The first agent, I asked to be removed due to bad advice, inappropriate sharing of listing on personal facebook page with half nude photos of friends, etc. The second agent- I had to insist on performing open house, never advertised the open house (though many open house and much advertising all over for much higher $ listings by her). I feel shafted after very shady dealings with $ back to the buyer at the closing table that wasn't mentioned to me before hand, even though my agent was aware of this information prior. Many rescheduled closings (I live out of town so this was very bad for me to drive into town over and over again for nothing and no advance notice of change in closing dates). Everywhere that an estimate for my house price is estimated (with comps) puts the value far greater than what was able to be obtained. I was talked into reducing the price again and again over the course of 7 months. My agent was never able to find a buyer, another Realty company brought the buyer to my agent. I know this is pretty common, but given the extreme lack of work my agent put into "selling" my home, the bad communication skills, the lack of helping ME, as their CLIENT, I hated to give the commission that was paid out to her/them. I would never use them again, and would not recommend this company.
