They have ALWAYS been Courteous, Knowledgeable and Willing to Explain the What and Why with Patience. I CAN NOT Emphasize how good they've been to me and my home. No emailed quote or contract. When I called the response was "she signed it." No detailed quote left in home, nor emailed, no detail on the service and products to be installed, no labor breakout. The quote they sent me had zero detail on it. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. I moved out of Shadowood March 2025. The first 6 months included the manager returning phones calls…read moreor emails days later. The maintenance man had been there 6 years and was the "all knowing" on everyone on the property. The light where you get mail was never replaced until the last 4 months I was there, only because of a New Manager Jennifer. The area is "very" dark and a security risk. My screen door was missing from day one, and was consistently being told your on the waiting list. I finally bought my own screen door. I wanted to Air Out my house but didn't want my cat to get out--she is an inside cat only. That brings me to the next problem I had, someone in another building kept letting their dog out who chased me barking in attack mode for months. I kept complaining and sending pictures to management until it stopped. Geez. The final problem that was ongoing for 11 months before my lease was up--the guy across the hall from me had been there for years. He had fights with his girlfriend out in public in the hallway and parking area-- He was dealing drugs out of the unit (I could hear the transactions through my own door). Nothing was done about it--until Jennifer came. I had to call the police several times because it was so dramatic. Jennifer - whooo a breath of fresh air. She was my manager at another property in Warner Robins a few years ago (Great experience). She came in and cleaned house. Fixed the light right away (mailbox area), replaced staff with professionals and my repair requests' were handled quickly. The property had not been kept up, but now someone was in charge of walking the property daily and picking up the trash. I was ready for a bigger place (house), but because of Jennifer, I would have stayed another year. She is doing a fabulous job managing that property and every day - improving it. What you get for the money in Warner Robins in the rental industry, Shadowood is a good price point-- considering how rates are skyrocketing.
