Absolutely the most professional and dedicated staff in the business . Golden Key is the best of the best. GK works extremely hard and smart to sell your property fast and profitably. Gwen and Kathy's experience and knowledge give You a distinct advantage in selling your home. A friend once told me all realtors charge the same why not use the best. I'm a builder and trust them completely and have never been let down. They truly are the best if the best. Mitch Coody Legacy Fine Homes read more

Golden Key Realty - Golden Key pre-sold . Thanks Kathy Balletto. - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Warner Robins, Georgia

Shirley was wonderful to work with. She had great communication and took care of so many details seamlessly.

We have delt with numerous Realty Company's to manage the renting of our homes in Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and other places in Georgia for nearly 30 years and Golden Key Realty is the number one dishonest company we have ever dealt with. The things you have to watch is the Rental Manager who will try to throw charges on you that are the tenants reasonability especially when they check out. The other is their maintenance section. They use their buddies that they claim are the best in the business, not true. Their cleaning individual is a waste of time; their painting crew couldn't color a coloring book and the wood floor refinisher do more damage than good. They use someone else to do their inspections during the renting period and they are useless. A representee from Golden Key did the final check out inspection. There were areas the inspector stated would be cleaned that were not. The two areas to get the house back in shape they recommended that were good were the carpet and the ozone cleansing venders, they were good. We have spent additional money to repaint the house and other areas. One other thing is, when you advise the Rental Manager of a violation of the leasing contract no action was taken. Forget the rest and forget Golden Key Rental Department. Service and quality, forget it. read more

The people that we had interaction with were professional and treated you with respect. the negative is the vendors, (not all), that provide maintenance in support of the rentals. The worse of the worse is the vendor that who paints the rentals. We hired this crew on recommendation of some of the staff, that that they were the best in the painting world. We hired this crew after the lease was ended, to get the house ready to sale. I'm not going to get real deep into the weeds on this, but this is what I strongly recommend. If you want paint on your newly refinished floors, hire this crew. If you want paint on your garage floor, hire this crew. If you want paint on your driveway, hire this crew. If you want paint in your yard/side yard, hire this crew. If you want a half blank job in the house, hire this crew. I could go on, and on and on. If you want one of the worse experiences you have ever had, hire this crew. If you want a better experience, do not hire painters recommended from this agency. Keep in mind, they paint their rentals. read more

Property management: I would give negative stars if it was possible. We moved in and the house was disgusting, smelled like animals horribly, pet hair all over, a lot of damages but we were expected to return the property in better condition. I could not even go upstairs because of my allergies were so bad and they knew and didn't care. They claimed it was cleaned but it was not. They said they were aware of the issues at the property but then later said it was fine. Would never use or recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy! read more

Lisa Corley is by far the best realtor in Middle Ga!!! She listens to what you want and delivers! Stays connected through the whole process. Very professional, knows her stuff and goes above and beyond. She even offered to run errands for us as our car was till in Cali. We are so pleased! Buying a house is stressful but she made it the best! We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs! And not only is her personality fun she is one of the sweetest people I know and she will get the job done! We always felt she had our best interests at heart and we are forever grateful! I'm a new tenant. I received a document requesting that I inspect my new renting quarters. I was given three days to complete it and turn it back into the office. Upon my settling in, I began to notice red flags. No lights outside the garage. No lights worked on the outside patio. No lights worked inside the garage. Three out of six lights worked in the master bathroom and the same for the guest bathrooms. The master bathroom's left sink would not drain. The guest bathroom had the same issue. I took the inspection report back with my findings and I didn't receive one phone call or text message from the office manager or the person over maintenance. That was over two weeks ago! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Margie Stachurski is AWESOME! We would give her 10 stars ! We both bought and sold our home in Warner Robins with Margie and the experience could not have been better! She sold our house in less than 24 hours! She is a can-do realtor who is very connected in the Middle Georgia area. read more

I would never do business with these people again. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent! I paid these people for several years to take care of a rental property that got trashed. Cindy Roundtree said there's nothing she can do because she did not work there when the tenants moved in! Unacceptable. Tenants had a large breed dog that wasn't even allowed. I would recommend anyone considering this company to stick with a more well known and reputable company! read more

Property Management. I do not advise using them for property management. GKR managed my property for 8 years. Recently I switched to Fickling & Co to manage my property. That is when I found out the GKR was collecting rent but not holding tenants accountable for damage to my property. $2,500 in damages. Holes in sheetrock, damaged garage entry keypad, damaged flooring, landscaping not kept up, water damage that caused damage over time, pets chewed window stools, broken folding door. Sigh save yourself a costly mistake and use Fickling & Company. read more

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we didn't know anything about the homebuying process...But, the selection of Lakisha McMichael as a realtor was the best decision that we could have made. From day one, she helped us every step of the way. Lakisha was very attentive to our interests, concerns, and questions and thorough with explanations for each step of the process. She was dependable, stayed in constant communication, and was very quick with follow-ups. Lakisha's professionalism, demeanor, and personality made it so easy to work with her. She has a rolodex full of people to help as well. If we needed an airplane pilot to fly us to closing, we are sure she would know who to call. LOL! This experience could have been nerve-racking, but Lakisha kept her cool which made us feel at ease. We highly recommend Lakisha McMichael for any of your realty needs! read more

Very unethical practice. Home for sale by owner and knowing the buyer had already been shown our home chose not to disclose the Buyers name she represented until after we agreed to pay her commission. I did all the work while she was paid the commission. Be very careful using them especially Claire Green. read more
