It was because of OUR staging and upkeep that sold our home. We felt that the realtor was not on our side during negations throughout the process. She also never communicated with us about the delays in closing. We would have to call her to find out that our closing was delayed two separate times. We had to do most of the work because we had no support in negotiations. When we asked to no longer work with our realtor and work with her partner, things went a little better. Later, when we went to submit our application, they asked for additional information that they didn't previously asked for. so Lynette wrote down her email and a few things for me to send her. SHE KEPT MY $60 dollar application fee. I sent the info to her a day or two later. I waited a few days with no response from her. When I did reach out to her, she informed me that more information that she had previously asked for was needed. I Responded immediately with the requested Information. She then informed me she was still missing information that I had just sent. So I sent it one more time. She replied that another applicant has been accepted. Keep in mind when we left our application in the fee she told us we were first in line. She tells us there were two other applications and because we didn't respond immediately they "moved on". we received communication from them. That more information was needed until I reached out to them today. I know this is a lot, but do not trust this company. They do not care about people. After viewing the house Varrick stated it was not a good choice for me because it had structure damage and that he would send me some potential properties. That was false, I waited days for the properties. I reached out to Varrick, and he had an excuse for not following up. I explained that I was looking to move within 40 days and a cash buyer. Varrick was not motivated for any real estate business, he failed to follow up in a timely manner, he is lazy and full of excuses, it takes him 3minutes or more to respond to a question while conversing, it was strange and questionable, his behavior. I found another house and asked him for additional information he failed to respond in a timely manner, when he did it was too late. I was doing all the work of a real estate agent, I found another property, asked Varrick to put in my offer, he eventually did after multiple requests. I offered listing price that was already above the market rate. Varrick wanted me to increase my cash offer without any proof supporting the increase. Other agents even ignored Varrick calls and text; he is useless when it comes down to a real estate agent. I called Coldwell to report Varrick, I was harassed and intentionally placed on hold or sent to an imaginary voicemail that would allow you to leave a voice message by Keisha for punishment. I called 18 times trying to get through to Carl C, the broker. Keisha was adamant in preventing me from speaking with Carl C., Keisha even lied and said let me transfer you to Carl direct line, then placed me on hold for more than 4 minutes with music playing, no Carl, no voice message no nothing just lied. When I called back, Keisha ignored my calls. I waited 10 minutes and called back, Keisha answered the phone again, I asked her for Carl's direct business contact number and was told by Kesiha she was not allowed to give out Carl's business phone number? What? this is a public business. Why would Carl C, need his phone calls screened before providing his business contact number? No competent business would engage in such unethical behavior. This business is sketchy, all the agents are sketchy, the broker is sketchy, read the reviews before dealing with this office. I do not recommend this business for any real-estate needs.
