This company is terrible. You do not save much money by using them. We saved $2,000 and the lack of service was not worth the savings. Our house went under contract within 24 hours. This had nothing to do with them. The realtors that showed the house saw it on the MLS so it didn't have to be advertised by Assist 2 Sell. It was because of OUR staging and upkeep that sold our home. We felt that the realtor was not on our side during negations throughout the process. She also never communicated with us about the delays in closing. We would have to call her to find out that our closing was delayed two separate times. We had to do most of the work because we had no support in negotiations. When we asked to no longer work with our realtor and work with her partner, things went a little better. However, neither partners ever congratulated us on the closing or even thanked us for our business. Save your money for a company that actually cares about their customers!! read more
