Tamara acting as manager has filed a collections on my husband and I for an…read moreapartment we never lived in! 2 years ago we provided documents showing the debt was not ours and they agreed. NOW it's randomly showing up on our credit and they are not even trying to collect from the person who actually lived in the apartment OR terminated the lease. When he brought legal documents showing that the debt was not ours Tamara's reply was "I don't care!". She would not even look at the documents and is taking hearsay to collect from people that should not legally be collected from. This place screams fraud, we will be taking legal action against this complex.

As the leasing agent knew my situation and that I was reluctant to get the apartment (it was on a 2nd floor and I didn't want that burden for my downstairs neighbors and the whole reason I wanted a home to rent) she explained to me that there was a $40 application fee (fine), $150 admin fee (rip off, but okay), and a $250 security deposit (which I thought was a heck of a deal!). After deciding (days later) to go ahead and secure the apartment in the event I couldn't find a house for rent, I went to the office with my application and dropped it off. A few days later, after approved, I brought in a money order for $400 and a separate one for the $40 to run the app. I have been lucky enough to find a home to rent and when I emailed them to let them know and request my refund for the security deposit, I was very unprofessional emailed back with a simple "okay, unfortunately the $400 is forfeited" exactly like that So I called. To make a VERY long review shorter...I was told ALL monies are forfeited. Wait. What? A security deposit for an apartment I had never moved into is forfeited?! An apartment that still wouldn't be ready for weeks? The manager explained this has ALWAYS been their policy. I worked property management for many years and never once have I heard of such a thing. I was told it was bc they had turned away renters. This is my problem how? It's called have a wait list. I had called back in April asking about apartments, no one ever reached back out to me to see if I was interested. I had to reach out to check the status of my application twice. Follow up is key. There is none here. I know quite a few people have warned me not to move in here and I am just so thankful this happened before I could get "trapped" in such a crooked place. But don't worry, I will keep spreading the word... EVERYWHERE

I've been here 3 years and management and maintenance staff changes constantly, each one worse than…read morethe one before. Maintenance left live wires in my unit, dangling over a bucket of water and didn't care about the fire hazard. They take forever to make repairs, first my air unit went out during the summer and took over 2 months to repair, then heat went out in 10/2022 and didn't get fixed until 01/25/2023. They expect you to either suck it up or pay out of pocket for things clearly listed in your lease agreement as their responsibility to maintain. The property manager Patrice is rude and condescending. She will blatantly lie in your face about being in the office when no one has been consistently in the office since before Thanksgiving and tell you what is not her problem. No one returns your calls, was told they don't have the passwords to check voicemails and also told anything that happened before they came into office is not their issue. Not willing to compromise on anything and offer unrealistic options to your problem. Every excuse in the book on why they are not on top of things. The pool hasn't been open in years, trash piles up constantly and clutters the parking lots. They coincidentally lose maintenance orders and then tell you nothing was ever reported. Pest control is inconsistent even though it's a fee that is apart of rent. The list goes on and on. Save your money on these overpriced, rundown apartments and look anywhere else for properties not owned by this company. If I could give no stars, I would've.

If I could I would give this place a zero rating. I was approved in April was told the Apartment…read morewould be ready May the 13th. I advised that I would not be able to move until the May 26th which would give them more than enough time to clean this apartment. I was scheduled to see the apartment on May 24th. On the day of May 24th I was given an excuse on why I could not see the apartment (vendors was in the apartment cleaning) two days of the move in date. The assistant was really rude to me as I acknowledge that at that point I asked to speak to a Manager due to I was told the apartment would be ready. The manager then still gave an excuse on why the apartment could not be seen before the day of signing. Day of move in May 26, 2023. Me and my mom go and ask if we could park the uhaul we was told yes. Parking the uhaul we noticed that cleaners was rushing out of the house cleaning and cleaning carpet. They told us the signing was at 2pm we got back to the at 2:15 we proceeded with the young man who was very professional. He came to the apartment. Upon entering the apartment it was a complete mess the floors was coming up. The base boards was not clean, or painted when we were just told the painter had just left. Upon the inspection we were told that the apartment had a infestation problem at that time my mom was like what kind of infestation we were told a roach infestation remind you they are asking $1510 for this apartment that looked as it was worth 500 in the living condition the ceiling fan was broken and a piece hanging and the window panes was molded. At that point I was disgusted. We decided not to go through with the apartment. The worse part for me was they had no concern at all for this kind of situation the manager didn't even show her face to try to explain. So if you are trying to move to apt 1303 be mindful. This apartment Complex was a complete disappointment and the professionalism was not there.
