We went here because we were on a road trip and family needed to get a bite. They ordered choice shoes, burger with bacon and cheese , and burger with mushroom and cheese as well as fries. The burger with mushrooms was very salty. But if you are hungry and need a bite, it does the trick . I love the walls in the place - they made me chuckle. read more

Two stars is generous, but that's mainly due to them being understaffed and me giving them the benefit of the doubt. Team that was present were friendly if unprofessional. 50% were in uniforms. Never been somewhere so generous with napkins, my car will be stocked for the rest of autumn. Don't know why the guy at the drive though literally went out of his way to say he was making fresh fries only to serve me something cold, old, and so hard I couldn't eat over half of them. Burger was ok but sloppily made and definitely not worth $15. Mediocre but at least this seemed fresh. And by that I mean it was warm. It's been about 2-3 years since I've been to this location and I'll probably take my time and think twice before coming back any time soon. Unorganized chaos. First sat in drive through for 8 min. No one acknowledged we were there. Then went inside to be told their credit/debit card service was down. We get cash from Loves. Then were told their drink machine was down and also their cinnamon and raisin biscuits were frozen. At 8:50 in the morning. This is a busy gas truck stop location. Girlfriend sat waiting for 15 min for chicken biscuit and chicken fried steak combo, this was after all the other issues. Total time to get fast food was 40 min. Really pathetic. Absolutely, without qualification or reservation, the worst Hardee's I've ever been in. This location is conjoined with a Truck Stop and I would expect better service than we experienced. There was no shortage of staff but there was more confusion behind the counter than I've ever seen. The wrong orders were going out the drive-thru window; people dining inside were missing items. Food was coming out in random order so people waiting for 15+ minutes were going hungry while more recent orders were being handed over. It was Crazy Town. The quality of the food (and this is hard to imagine) wasn't even up to typical Hardee's standards. Even though we waited for more than 20 minutes our hamburgers were cold, the buns were soggy and the fries could be used as carpentry nails they were so hard. And cold. (I would have complained but I didn't have time, nor patience, to deal with this dysfunctional circus.) I came away with the impression that if they had been overtly trying to create a horrible customer experience they couldn't have made a worse one than I and others witnessed. read more

This review is for this location only. Hardee's is normally an OK burger joint. The breakfast service here is excruciatingly slow most of the time, to the tune of 30 minute waits for a biscuit, but the food usually comes out ok. On my most recent visit, I was overcharged for my food, and the young lady at the register said she could not fix it. there was no manager on duty, so the issue never got resolved. One year later, and literally nothing has improved here. The posted hours say that this establishment is open 24/7, but I was told at 5:30AM on a Thursday that the establishment was closed. This is not the first time I've experienced this very issue as well as other issues at this location. Between not being open, exceedingly long wait times, incorrect pricing, rude staff, and lack of PPE worn by the staff, it is clear that the local management could not care less about providing friendly and reliable service to the customers who frequent this establishment. We can add false advertising to the numerous complaints about this place. read more

People waiting inside for 12 minutes for just one meal. Someone in line was sitting there long enough for 5 girls to use the restroom come out get in our car go thru the drive thru and wasn't served until I went in to get our money back and was still served after another person outside waiting . My family was on a road trip and we stopped here to get breakfast at 10:15am on July 11th. My husband got in line to order. They took the order of the person in front of us and then told my husband they weren't taking any other orders and that the kitchen was shutting down. Their sign claims they are open for 24 hours, which obviously is inaccurate. Unfortunately this was the only fast food place in that exit, so we had to explain to our two children why we couldn't get any food and then get back in the car and drive a few miles further down 95. read more

Stay away. The owner of this Hardee's should do a drop in and see just how pathetic this location is. When Traveling I95, just go to the next exit 41. I bet this place closes sooner rather than later. The Loves that it is located in does a far better job. Their food is Hot. Even after waiting 35 plus minutes for a fresh cooked burger, IT WAS COLD. This is terrible. Ordered a large onion ring and got four onion rings and it was warm. Not hot at all. Went to website to see what picture they advertised of onion rings and it definitely not the same. Before I even got the meal a customer ask to swipe card. She say it didn't went thru. He said his bank notified him it did. So he swore again. It alerted him that it took out again. My turn. Same exact thing. Just looked at my account. 2 transaction Bach to back. Now I just checked out my so call jumbo hot dog. Check out the website picture compared to this. Also Should've just gotten a nicer size hotdog from Loves side. Sucks. Frfr My Frisco burger was the best as usual. Trashed the rest. The lady who served me was nice but food service was tragic. Do not go to this location ever!!! Stopped here while on a road trip. The cashier in the drive-up insisted that we get double sliders because they were the same price as single sliders after 2p. The screen clearly showed she rang them up wrong 17.50 for 10 sliders when the the sliders were supposed to be 1.25 each. I explained to her at the window she rang it up wrong 10 x 1.25 is easily 12.50 not 17.50. She proceeds to try to turn her screen to me while I'm in the passenger side of the car to show me she rang it up right. I told her- I can't see that from where I'm sitting. Please just be sure to give me a receipt. She gives me a receipt that clearly shows she rang it up wrong. So, I went inside and asked for a manager who proceeded to say she refunded me and charged me the right amount but instead she charged me the correct amount and never refunded me the incorrect amount. While in the restaurant I checked my account to see whether they charged me the right amount but instead there was 2 charges from Hardee's and no refunds. So the "manager" proceeds to call the assistant manger Alicia Major when I showed her that there were no refunds but rather 2 charges on my account. Alicia says oh that will fall of in a few days. I explained to her, I am here from over 2 hrs away and I highly doubt she did the refund correct and it needs to be resolved. She said there's nothing she can do and the manager is not in. So I said well atleast give me the managers number so I can call when the charges don't fall off my account. She proceeds to give me a phone number that also looked funny. I called the number while in the store and it was a number that was disconnected. I told her this is a fake number. She proceeds to walk pass me and go start bagging burgers like I wasn't even there. Finally, another cashier came and asked me what was going on and she gave me the managers real phone number, or so I thought- I went to the car and attempted to call the number and Alicia picked up. So I'm happy to say my bank kindly refunded me the amount and started a courtesy investigation and I'm posting this on yelp and sending this also to Hardee's corporate email. Sorry we stopped here. Hardee's was beyond slow, order was missing items and staff were rude despite all of the frustrated customers waiting staying polite. My daughter also found 3 pieces of hair in her burger. Normally we'd go in and complain but our 10min pit stop while traveling has turned into an hour. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
