This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We had 3 cars ahead of us in the drive through and it took us almost 10 minutes to get to the speaker (the car in front of us left without ordering). We sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes and were never acknowledged. So we left also, but pulled into a parking spot and went inside. There was one group of two people in front of us. We sat in the restaurant for almost 10 minutes waiting to order. No one ever acknowledged us. No one smiled. No one spoke. It looked like management was behind the counter also. They seemed to be well staffed. At least a half dozen people working. And every damn one of them had a huge case of DGAF. There were so many opportunities to make this better, and they missed them all. We left and went to Burger King. We ordered almost immediately and were greeted by a smiling face. Our order came out hot and fresh. We were start to finish less than 10 minutes. Would starve before I went back in there again. read more

if you or anybody you know is looking for a job, do NOT apply at Hardee's in Villa Rica. The GM Kristie likes to play favorites and take hours from her good workers and give them to her friends. My son worked there for a little over 3 months and when he first started she used to praise him on how good of a job he was doing and told us several times that he is one of the best workers she had. But then literally the next week only scheduled him for 7 hours, but yet the new ppl who just got hired on got 25+ hours on their schedule. What since does that make. Plus the shift lead they call Bre is hateful and likes to scream and yell at her shift WITH A LOBBY FULL OF CUSTOMERS and nothing gets done about it. Well I'm taking it to all my social media platforms just so everybody knows and maybe somebody of importance with Hardees can see this or if somebody knows the District manager or something can reach out to them bc i cant get their number. read more

I read a lot of reviews saying it took forever to get their food but my experience was different. The food was fresh and delicious, and we waited maybe 10min inside seated. No big deal. We all enjoyed the $5 All Star meal, you have a number of options that include five items (drink, fries or onion rings, cookie and two sandwiches or sandwich with hot dog. Can't beat that. read more

Worst Hardees experience ever. We stopped there while traveling from Atlanta to Texas. [11 hour drive]. Waited 10 minutes for 2 burger meals and started on to Texas. After we opened our meals we found cold burgers that were burned to the point of no return. We called the Hardee's for an hour before anyone answered the phone. After telling the person that answered our problem we were told to bring them back if we wanted our money back. [which would have added 2 hours to our trip.] No other relief offered even though we volunteered to send a photo of the burned burgers. We wound up stopping at McDonalds and getting a bite. We threw the Hardee's meals in the trash there. Very disappointed with this Hardees. We will never stop there again. read more

Place is terrible. Lady at the drive through couldn't hear me while practically yelling at then monitor speaker. She then proceeds to only place one of my items to be ordered. Place is a wreck. Never had any issues from Hardee's in all of the states I've visited but this one is rock bottom. Liter idiots working here. Went through the drive through asked for a chicken biscuit meal with no egg add cheese and bacon didn't think that was too difficult. So we went for dinner 5/5/18. They made my husbands sandwich wrong twice. Upon the second time he simply asked for his money back because by then he was frustrated. He was polite the whole time. The workers had attitudes. The lady after giving him his money back came to our table and requested that he return the drink and fries that were half eaten that came with his combo. Her explanation was that she gave him the money back so they needed the fries and drink back. Who does that? This place has gone down the drain since it opened. Lots of people without initiative working behind the counter, no leadership skills. OMG! They were so rude. I walked in, nobody said hello the cashier was walking around and could have said I will be with you but she said nothing. The cook came out and asked what we wanted we told him. Then the cashier wanted to enter it in and did it wrong so we just asked for our money back. A third employee comes out with headphones on and said " stop yelling at her". We said we are not yelling and who are you. another customer said "lady they were not yelling and my order is wrong. I will call the police if you don't stop yelling. This girl had to be on drugs or the head phone was amplifying our conversation. HORRIBLE experience no wonder the parking lot is alway empty. I just went there and ordered a burger combo. The guy behind the register didn't know what he was doing and kept calling the worker who was emptying the garbage. When my order was placed in the area for bagging, the worker wearing the plastic gloves that he used while emptying the garbage cans placed my food in the paper bag, still wearing the same plastic gloves. I was so disgusted that I threw the food away. I'll never go there again!! read more

35 minutes. That was how long it took from the time we ordered to the time we received our food. And no,the restaurant was not packed. There was only one couple ahead of us. When the food got to the table, not a word was uttered. I wasn't looking for anything, but a simple "Hey, sorry about the wait" would have gone a long way. My wife's order was incorrect, but we were too hungry at this point to ask for a correction. The bun on her burger was over toasted and nearly burnt. Once again, too hungry to stop now. My order was ok other than the wait. Sweet Tea was out (This is the South!) for our entire visit. Ketchup dispenser was tapped. And we were there for over an hour. The only thing saving this review from a one star rating is that the food was edible. It's strange because we had taken my family to this location over a year ago, and had what was probably one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had in my life.
