after spending 25 minutes at the rail they continued to park many and many more people to the point the parking lot was full so i went inside because my truck almost got hit many times. I waited 10 minutes to discover they handed my food off to someone else, as they were remaking it i asked the manager i could see if i could just get a refund, she chose to not acknowledge me and continue bagging food. The problem i witnessed was with the way a manager was speaking to the older woman that was working the register, and filling the orders for the eat ins, and to go orders. They didn't push down the little tap on the drinks for us to differentiate between Coke & Dr. Pepper so I took a swig of the wrong drink. This McDonald's can't cook. That's the whole review. This McDonald's can't cook. Every time I come here I am served overcooked fries. Fries that only "survive" about 3 minutes before they turn brittle. It's disgusting. I'm amazed they can't visually see the fries are overdone. My fries are usually brown, and they are not supposed to be brown. They're supposed to be yellow. Additionally, the burgers are usually gross as well. Buns are stale and the meat is dried out. Whoever runs this establishment needs to be removed and replaced with someone who actually knows what the food is supposed to look like. I routinely go to McDonalds late night, because I get off so late. Multiple times have I gone to a McDonalds and they close early, or just give bad service (which I overlook most of the time). But, twice now have I stopped here late at night and received the absolute best service. Jo took care of me both times and her positive energy and attitude floor me. I am a hospitality manager for a large full service restaurant, and I have rarely seen that attitude in a restaurant, ever. Let alone fast food. This is one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in, you'll know why. Double ceiling to table waterfalls, flat screen TVs mounted to the ceilings, and luxurious hotel-style bathrooms. Food is on par with all other Mickey D's and service is good. This location also has free wi-fi Internet and complimentary copies of a local Villa Rica newsletter for you to read. My only complaint about this location are the giant stickers they have on the windows. They are so huge and tall, that you can barely see outside of the restaurant while sitting down at a table eating. read more

Come here every so often to get a quick bite when there's no time to cook. This location has a pretty nice interior. It's also usually pretty busy inside. The take out line was ok speed wise and the take out guys were nice. The bathroom are also usually clean and the interior might have a little trash littered here and there.
