I'm done with the disrespectful attitude of the people at the Summerville location by Dunkin. This morning I asked for a cinnamon roll and a sausage biscuit with no egg at the drive-thru. When she read it back to me she just said "sausage biscuit." I said, no egg on the biscuit and she went nuclear over the drive through speaker! When I got to the window I saw it was the shift leader. She handed me the food, and I said "does that biscuit have egg on it? She said arrogantly "We have just sausage biscuits, you don't need to ask for no egg!!" Wow. You're angry over that? Your sign shows "Sausage biscuit" with egg, sausage and cheese." If my asking for it a certain way annoys you, get the sign changed. BTW, the cinnamon roll which "is always armed up" was not, and no fork in the bag to eat it. Not good. read more

Hardee's connected to a gas station. Seating area was clean, but completely empty. I went for their chicken tenders combo, but they were out of tenders. The lady working the counter wasn't wearing a mask; after about five minutes the shift manager asked her to put one on. However, the shift manager was wearing her mask halfway down with her nose and mouth partially exposed. So not really sure how effective it was. Neither of them were wearing gloves. Since they were out of tinders I got their grilled chicken sandwich combo. The chicken had a nice grilled flavor and came with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo, it was good, not great, but no real complaints here. The fries were really good, though a few were a tad soggy (but not so much that I didn't still eat them). Overall it was a good meal, just a little pricey around $9, but I have to drop a star for the lack of good safety measures - poor mask and glove use, plus out of the tenders I came there for. read more

Can you say rip off, customer BEWARE. This is the third and LAST time I'll stop here. Each time I've stopped here I had to watch what they charged me for food. I'm a fan favorite of the frisco sandwich, either breakfast or lunch and each and every time I order it they charge me for a Medium meal. I've never asked for it but the ALWAYS charge me for it and when I look at the receipt it's on it. This last time I was charged for a Large and when I stopped the lady at the register she got rude and disrespectful at me when I expressed my dislike of being charged for something I did t ask for. She responded that they only have large cups and they had to charge for them in the combo. I told her that it's not MY fault that your store ran out of the cups and I should get the large at the small price. She was very rude and said I had to pick either coffee or pay for orange just. I relied I wanted a soft drink and did not want to pay for a large. She also responded that I was taking up her time and that she wasn't Giotto help me other wise. I finally told her that I will take the small drink without the lid and to only charge me for the small. She yanked the large cup and slammed the small drink cup and walked away. When the food came she tossed it on the counter, and when I asked for ketchup she became very upset and tossed them at me. How is it the customer's fault they don't have items available or accessible for people to use and when you ask for them you are the problem not the stores. SHAME ON HARDEES TO ALLOW THIS TO OCCUR IN THEIR STORES. read more

This Hardee's location on North Main Street in Summerville is a convenient Hardee's that is very convenient when you are hungry and in the area. The food here is well prepared and delicious and especially the sandwiches. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here. read more

Today i visited with my colleague Don Wagner - they were very kind to provide Veggie Burger which is not in the menu. Don asked them to put lettuce, tomatoes and make it totally Veggie Tina Shift M went out of the way to take care and help out. They had a new person but they all work as a TEAM to make this happen. Tina M -who was in this afternoon lunch time did an outstanding Job. We need to provide this kind of feedback to restaurant business. Way to go. read more

Always horrible service in the drive-thru, food has a 50/50 chance of coming out a complete mess during lunch hours.

Extremely poor service when asked to correct an order they rolled their eyes and walked off. Poor customer service skills. Definitely will not go back to this Hardee's. Order wrong my whole meal just went in the trash and they refused to get a manager when asked for one. read more

I never talk bad about anything pertaining to food but the Hardee's attached to the HotSpot in Sangaree food is pure SHIT! I will NEVER eat there again! Two days in a row I got old burnt sausage on a hard biscuit and at 7am they seem to always be out of cinnamon biscuits! The food had to have been sitting for a long time for it to be like that! Then when I asked how long before they have anymore cinnamon biscuits, the girl said they gotta cook some then say it'll take a while but still didn't get any! Wtf!? That place has went to hell! I have visited this Hardees on several occasions in the last 7 years. Most of the time the visit is the typical visit, order your food and HOPE they get it right and get out of there. Today my wife and I drive through the drive through and I order a 1/2 lb Thickburger which is offered on their menu at the drive through. I was told they dont sell it anymore. I ordered the Frisco Thickburger and asked them to please cut it in half. My wife and I were going to share it. I was advised that the cook is not allowed to cut the burger in half. When I got to the window the young man who was assisting me acted as if he really did not care about what I was asking. All he wanted to do was hand me my change, give me my food and watch me drive off. I bit my tongue and decided that getting upset about it with him was wasting my time. I notified Hardees that their employee at this store did not communicate clearly when he was talking and that his customer service skills were quite lacking. Always quick and friendly service when we take the kids through. We like Hardee's because it's easy to get to from our house, our son can eat here (he's allergic to peanuts, so the frying oils are a big thing for us) and the service is always quick. The staff is pleasant and quick to bring our food. Very convenient location for us whether we are going out in town for errands or coming home from doing so. read more

BOTH of my experiences having tried Hardee's at this location were absolute trash! The first time I ordered a beyond burger with no mayo, no onions and everything seemed fine until a separate worker basically threw my food at me. Very aggressive. The second time I forgot to tell the person taking my order no mayo, so I pulled up to the window and let that worker know. No problem. When I got the food I realized that I forgot to tell them no cheese. Once I got the attention of the worker that helped me, I told her of the mishap and she gave me ATTITUDE like she was absolutely irate that I might have made a mistake. I then asked her if she needed the sandwich back, then responds with a violent tone "I don't want that!" and shut the window before I could respond. Listen, I get that I made a mistake but I NEVER received this kind of treatment at Burger King, McDonalds, or Wendy's! Chick-Fil-A is the absolute best but that's apples to oranges since it's apparent that Hardee's doesn't even come close! I'll probably never go to another Hardee's again because of this. read more

The 2 stars are for the food, but the most disgusting thing about this place is that every time I have walked into this Hardees, there are flies EVERYWHERE! Other restaurants don't have this problem! Get it together guys! read more
