POOR SERVICE/COMMUNICATION- We had a very hard time getting waited on, and even had to flag down…read morethe person who was bussing tables, just pay our check, so that we could finally leave. When ordering the "King Burger," I asked if I could sub a backed potato for the steak fries and was told that I could, but that it would just be an up charge, which I was fine with. Instead of a small up charge, I was charged $8.99 for the a la cart loaded backed potato. This is not an up charge....it's just literally adding an entire additional item to your meal. If anything, I just paid for the steak fries that came with it, but just didn't receive them....The waitress provided no help in rectifying this issue. Average food, horrible service. I WOULD NOT recommend eating here...

HH had the Chicken Fried steak it was very tender with tasty gravy , not to forget the "rustic" fries he said. (TX toast he passed onto me.) I had "Spud #1" and it was huge! The staff did a amazing job of working with my allergy to all bell/chili/jalapeño peppers! Maddi was our server and deserves a RAISE! She was one of the best I have had in a long time!!!! The orders are never right, the food is somehow always like warm or cold, missing items. The staff does NOT care what so ever I feel. The lobby is always semi clean, not the greatest. The wait time for food is ridiculous, I waited over 45 minutes for two orders (as a dasher) ended up getting 1 order in that time frame, had to leave and come back to wait another 10 for the second order. Mind you they were not understaffed at this time, honestly their better days have been when they didn't have enough staff smh They are constantly out of menu items and drink cups.
