Once again they forgot something, always ! I repeat always ! Check your order I only got 4 of the 5 items I ordered , they forgot my cheesey double beef burrito. 9 out of ten times your order is wrong , always check it before you leave . read more

Just went through the drive through at this location and had a mobile order and when we got to the window the cashier did not utter a single word and acted as if our presence was an annoyance and inconvenience to her...I know that most of the staff are high schoolers who probably get a bad rap as it is, but the inability to even give good customer service is almost comical. Do better read more

I once rated this place with 5 stars after first moving here. However this place has declined greatly. The orders are never right, the food is somehow always like warm or cold, missing items. The staff does NOT care what so ever I feel. The lobby is always semi clean, not the greatest. Bathrooms are either nasty or clean it's a 50/50 chance every time. The wait time for food is ridiculous, I waited over 45 minutes for two orders (as a dasher) ended up getting 1 order in that time frame, had to leave and come back to wait another 10 for the second order. Mind you they were not understaffed at this time, honestly their better days have been when they didn't have enough staff smh They are constantly out of menu items and drink cups. Personal mobile orders again wait forever to get. I love Taco Bell but this one needs some serious help or to be shut down and revamped. read more

This is a good Taco Bell. They give me my food quickly, I like to order from the app to get points and eat inside. They always have Baja blast and diet baja blast and give me my drink while I'm waiting. There's never any hoodlums or homeless people. My order has always been right, I see other reviews complaining about the accuracy of their orders. I think using the app would fix your problem, they must not be hearing you correctly in the drive through because they always get mine correct with the app. All around great Taco Bell and just wanted to give them a shoutout my experience is 5 stars. When I first moved here I was staying at best western and it was very convenient because it was open late. Drive thru only after like 10pm though. Somewhat dog friendly, my dog is super low key though. read more

This was the worst experience we have ha d at a Taco Bell EVER! They got our order wrong twice ...we asked for a refund on the credit card used , the manager said it was refunded...it was not. We went again the next day explained that no refund was received so they made us another meal same as day before...the beans were so dry they crumbled....there was a tiny bit of cheese on the nachos bell grande and the bean burrito was so dry we couldn't even eat it ...no sauce or cheese on it. We will not be back here. If we could we would give it a zero... disgusted! read more

YUCK! Nothing was tasty. Chicken quesadilla was bad. It tasted like cheese wiz, not real cheese. Lettuce on a hard shell chicken taco was dark and witty, old. Restaurant was dirty. A 7' trail of hot sauce across the floor. The bathroom had trash on floor including straw wrappers. Woman that took our order was not Tennessee sweet, nice. 1st time we are there was last week and the tostada was drowning in an enchilada sauce. So soggy I couldn't pick it i up. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Where's the nearest Del Taco? read more

Terrible service. Went to order my food, and this redhead woman working had a terrible attitude. They didn't have the Powerade I asked for so I asked for Dr Pepper and then was told with an attitude that they were out of all drinks other than two. When I got to the window I could hear her screaming to her coworkers through it about how stupid I was and she had an attitude the entire time. Terrible employee. read more

How dumb do you have to be? Guess I didn't need a full taco , also forgot one of my items and had to go back read more

Taco Bell - What? - Fast Food Near Me - Dayton, Tennessee

Against my own advice, I went back to this location because I was hungry and in a hurry. Here's my tip for anyone ordering drive through or take out: check every single thing in your bag, not just to make sure it's all there, you'll need to unwrap everything and make sure they made it right. This location is notorious for leaving things out or leaving things off the items in your order. This time, they left the sour cream off the half filled taco "supremes", but rest assured, they charged for it. Lazy or incompetent, this location sucks... read more

this was so good and buss nice service 10/10 for whole experience idk why yall be hating fr

This location should be closed. Only go if you have an hour to wait on food and like to eat whatever they do or do not give you ( literally the whole order was wrong and they only have like 5 ingredients ) . Staff is rude, restaurant is dirty and the lobby was full of disgruntled people who either had been waiting for a long time, had the wrong food, or returning from the incorrect order in the drive thru. I would also like to mention they were staffed correctly , if not over staffed . I knew better than to go because the last few times it has been pretty sketchy , but it's Taco Bell and standards are pretty low) . It has further declined. read more

Taco Bell Taco Bell'ed Every single time I go I'm always missing something. I wouldn't even be upset if it were something like a taco or my chips and cheese but if you're charging me 7$ for a quesarito and not giving meant that or my grilled cheese burrito from my grilled cheese burrito box I'm gonna be unhappy. The store doesn't answer when you call either read more

I just went to this Taco Bell and I asked for a side of sour cream which they charged me for and there was a small corner of sour cream in the container, plus the lid was cracked. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. But that grilled cheese burrito was Bussin. read more

This place never gets food right . They don't want to fix it and they will tell you it's right to your face when it's wrong .

Probably the worst Taco Bell in America and if there are worse I don't want to see them! This was my first visit here and now I understand all the negative reviews. When I walked in there was a woman standing there that went through the drive-through and her food was old and hard, and she was trying to get it replaced, and the manager threw it in the floor towards the trash. She then refunded her the one dollar for the taco And the woman left, as I ordered and sat there and watched more and more people come in from the drive-through that had received the wrong food and once again, with the same attitude, their food was thrown away. As I was waiting for my food I figured it would be wrong and of course it was. I was missing two soft shell tacos, but I ate as quickly as I could and left. the whole place was nasty, including the restrooms and the seating areas read more

Of course Taco Bell is never going to blow anyone away with quality, but this particular one is incapable of getting an order correct. I've went 7 times this year (some mobile orders some just through the drive-thru regularly) and I have not received what I ordered a single time. I've given the benefit of the doubt and tried again after a few weeks each time but only to reach the same result read more

i love taco bell, one of my favorite 'fast' food restaurants. BUT one time i went to taco bell with my friends & the lady on the talking thing interrupted us & didn't let us finish our order. another time i was with my mother and the lady at the window was very very rude. & when we went to the window she was using the same rude tone to another customer, very upset. read more

Try to close way earlier in the night than they should. They turn off the lights and won't take your order. Went today and my fries didn't have any seasoning what so ever and a half way together taco about to fall apart. i've had many bad experiences with this taco bell. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Even though they are short staffed, they are still immature. I watched the staff play around and not attend to the huge line of cars. The store needs new employees! read more

i go to taco bell often enough to know what's normal. they gave me a burrito that was just bread & nothing in it. i went inside & they were rude as hell about it. get off your high horse b*tch; its a burrito. youre 38 workin at tacobell instead of a real job. its not rocket science so dont talk down to me cause you dont know how to do something a child could do. read more

Can I give a neg star ? I ate ONE taco at 7pm last night and have been sick ever since. After opening the wrap, it was obvious that they had been sitting around for quite some time. They were positively soggy, just gross all the way around... never again. Never ever. read more

Visiting Dayton for the holidays, needed some late night food after a long drive. I saw the negative reviews and was worried but gave this Taco Bell a shot anyways. Staff was friendly and the food came out fine. The order was correct and freshly made, maybe it changes from staff to staff but the guys working the late shift Wednesday 12/20 did right by me. read more

I know that most people don't expect much from Taco Bell to begin with, but I felt it necessary to rate this one because I am one of the few that absolutely loves Taco Bell. This particular experience was terrible. We went around 8 pm, and it was so disappointing. The tortillas that they used tasted so strange-like they were old or stale or something. The bean mixture inside was not good and the cheese wasn't even melted. It was so bad I threw the rest away, which I hate doing because it is so wasteful, but it was not good at all! I would not go back! read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the United States of America. The first time I went there they were completely out of tortillas so we had to only order from any taco selections on their menu. The second time I went there was no napkins placed in our bags, And when we weren't even asked for any sauces. Thirdly, the cleanliness of this franchise is second to eating off the streets of New York City, from the parking lot into the lobby. On top of this, if that's not all bad enough, the term "fast" food does not apply to this restaurant. If your visiting Dayton tn and want Taco Bell, just make yourself a nice peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead. read more

Its about a 50/50 chance of getting the food right employees can sometimes act like they are too stoned to comprehend words

Worst Taco Bell in the country. Terrible service, restaurant is almost always dirty. Every 6 or 8 months I will give this garbage-hole a try, and every single time, my food is wrong. I got a burrito a few weeks ago filled with cheese, and hot lettuce. If you tell the employees its wrong, either they don't understand or don't care. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor, and avoid this place like the plague. Find, literally, anywhere else to eat. Hell, just eat some dirt rolled up in a burrito shell and it will be better than anything they try to pass off as food in this dumpster-fire. If I could rate this place negative 5 stars, I would have. If I ever win the lottery, I am going to buy this Taco Bell and promptly burn it to the ground. read more
