I once rated this place with 5 stars after first moving here. However this place has declined greatly. The orders are never right, the food is somehow always like warm or cold, missing items. The staff does NOT care what so ever I feel. The lobby is always semi clean, not the greatest. Bathrooms are either nasty or clean it's a 50/50 chance every time. The wait time for food is ridiculous, I waited over 45 minutes for two orders (as a dasher) ended up getting 1 order in that time frame, had to leave and come back to wait another 10 for the second order. Mind you they were not understaffed at this time, honestly their better days have been when they didn't have enough staff smh They are constantly out of menu items and drink cups. Personal mobile orders again wait forever to get. I love Taco Bell but this one needs some serious help or to be shut down and revamped. read more

Just went through the drive through at this location and had a mobile order and when we got to the window the cashier did not utter a single word and acted as if our presence was an annoyance and inconvenience to her...I know that most of the staff are high schoolers who probably get a bad rap as it is, but the inability to even give good customer service is almost comical. This is a good Taco Bell. They give me my food quickly, I like to order from the app to get points and eat inside. They always have Baja blast and diet baja blast and give me my drink while I'm waiting. There's never any hoodlums or homeless people. My order has always been right, I see other reviews complaining about the accuracy of their orders. I think using the app would fix your problem, they must not be hearing you correctly in the drive through because they always get mine correct with the app. All around great Taco Bell and just wanted to give them a shoutout my experience is 5 stars. When I first moved here I was staying at best western and it was very convenient because it was open late. Drive thru only after like 10pm though. This was the worst experience we have ha d at a Taco Bell EVER! They got our order wrong twice ...we asked for a refund on the credit card used , the manager said it was refunded...it was not. We went again the next day explained that no refund was received so they made us another meal same as day before...the beans were so dry they crumbled....there was a tiny bit of cheese on the nachos bell grande and the bean burrito was so dry we couldn't even eat it ...no sauce or cheese on it. Terrible service. Went to order my food, and this redhead woman working had a terrible attitude. They didn't have the Powerade I asked for so I asked for Dr Pepper and then was told with an attitude that they were out of all drinks other than two. Against my own advice, I went back to this location because I was hungry and in a hurry. Here's my tip for anyone ordering drive through or take out: check every single thing in your bag, not just to make sure it's all there, you'll need to unwrap everything and make sure they made it right. This location is notorious for leaving things out or leaving things off the items in your order. This location should be closed. Only go if you have an hour to wait on food and like to eat whatever they do or do not give you ( literally the whole order was wrong and they only have like 5 ingredients ) . Staff is rude, restaurant is dirty and the lobby was full of disgruntled people who either had been waiting for a long time, had the wrong food, or returning from the incorrect order in the drive thru. I would also like to mention they were staffed correctly , if not over staffed . When I walked in there was a woman standing there that went through the drive-through and her food was old and hard, and she was trying to get it replaced, and the manager threw it in the floor towards the trash. She then refunded her the one dollar for the taco And the woman left, as I ordered and sat there and watched more and more people come in from the drive-through that had received the wrong food and once again, with the same attitude, their food was thrown away. The second time I went there was no napkins placed in our bags, And when we weren't even asked for any sauces. Thirdly, the cleanliness of this franchise is second to eating off the streets of New York City, from the parking lot into the lobby. Worst Taco Bell in the country. Terrible service, restaurant is almost always dirty. Every 6 or 8 months I will give this garbage-hole a try, and every single time, my food is wrong. I got a burrito a few weeks ago filled with cheese, and hot lettuce. If you tell the employees its wrong, either they don't understand or don't care. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor, and avoid this place like the plague. Find, literally, anywhere else to eat. Hell, just eat some dirt rolled up in a burrito shell and it will be better than anything they try to pass off as food in this dumpster-fire.
