Seems manager was facing challenging situation with the younger employees, much like a school bus driver trying to handle a rowdy group of children. As observer, I noticed blonde manager putting effort to compensate for the slower pace of an employee. Her respectful approach was appropriate towards employees who were in need of some urgency to speed up their work. I recommend being nice when the price allows our young to begin their resume Also clean restaurant read more

Horrible!!! Each time I've ever been i have items missing, and I'm being pulled up to the light pole waiting for 20 min. I swear I could order a Coke and would be asked to pull up And wait. Service is terrible the owner needs to take accountability and fix the problem read more

Always understaffed and overcrowded. The few poor employees are underskilled and overworked, high likelihood of getting an order wrong. Also, for a McDonald's attached to a 24/7 gas station their hours are a joke, at least on weekends especially during the springs and fall read more

Food was good but service was shit.Waited 1 hour for a meal that wasn't on the menu anymore despite being on the menu.Ambiance was McDonald's average read more

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life living in 4 different US states. When there are flies on every table, the walls, and your food its time to leave. There is a trail of kitchen grease coming right out the front door....take a look for yourself......yuck!!! read more

All I wanted was a salad. The first time was told no vegetables. The second trip, they Dont sell salads anymore? Unbelievable, never again. read more

The last 3 times I've been thru the drive thru my food has been gross. Stale fries, soggy and chewy bread on my burger, watery grey lettuce and this ladt time way too many pickles. It's been months in between my visits. Next time I want McDonald's I will go somewhere else. For nearly $10 a meal that is unacceptable. read more

Terrible service. Food not fixed properly. Big Macs have very little sauce on hem. More lettuce than anything. Asked about getting more sauce and they wanted to charge extra. Why buy a Big Mac if very little sauce is on it. That is supposed to be part of flavor. Had enough of this poorly managed establishment. read more

My worst McDonald's experience, EVER. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a caramel sundae. The fellow behind the counter was exasperated saying they just had an order for 30 ice cream cones. I guess some little league team or something like that just arrived before I did. But that was not the only problem. Drive thru didn't get their orders when paying, so they had to pull thru, and it was a gridlock. There was one person and all she did was run bags out to idling cars. If she were in the kitchen, maybe they'd be handing the orders to the customers at the window, and not have a mess of a parking lot. Not only was the lot small, if you approached the restaurant from one side, you had to walk across the drive-thru lane. VERY DANGEROUS situation. Finally, the seating space is the smallest footprint for a sit-down location I have ever seen. The reason they do a brisk business in the evening is that it's about the only place that's open, except for one or two other sit-down menu-type restaurants in town. read more

Worst McDonalds in history. they are so dumb. If you ask for a sandwich that is a special order..like 'plain' or 'no tarter sauce' they just cant do it! On one visit it took 3 tries to make a cheeseburger 'plain'. the first time it had all toppings, second try had no cheese and the third try it had so much grease running off of it that the grease literally puddled in the sandwich box- so we took it back to the counter, told them they could eat that mistake as well, and left never to return. Just don't do anything in Spring City! Do not have your hair cut and do not eat at McDonalds. read more

My fries were hot, the lobby was at a comfortable temperature, and the sweet tea is out of this world! The manager AmberLe was so nice to me when my shithead little brother dropped his ice cream and promptly someone came to clean it up. Best McDonald's I've EVER been to! 5 stars! read more

Just got here ask for fresh and the fries was, but the 10 pc wasn't it tastes old. I don't think I'll be coming here ever again if they don't do what the customer requests something fresh. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever!!! They always get the order wrong and there are always flies buzzing around. It is dirty and the employees are always too busy talking or yelling at each other to pay attention to your order. French fries are always cold, too! The only good thing about it is that they always give you free pie when they mess up the order, which is everytime. read more

I will not! I can not! I refuse to give this place even 1 star! The worse place I have ever been in. The health inspector should pay them a visit. They had dirt on the floor, files flying all around, the counter had not been wiped I hope in a day but honestly I was thinking in a week. My daughter was with me and said that they had no idea how bad it was inside since they had only used the drive through. If you use the drive through do yourself a favor...Do Not go into this place. You may not eat there again. Well now...I cannot post without a star. So I will touch one star. But know I'm doing it against my better judgment! Where is the County Health Inspector (or what are they paying him to pass inspection?) read more

Fix this McDonald's. Live here and never have had such a bad McDonald's. Now the place inside smells like a rotten milk factory. It sticks to your clothes it's so bad. Been going on for over a week. I'm sure other fast food restaurants would love to take over. read more

This place is bad! Their biscuits are always rock hard. You could build a fort with them. Also a couple times I order biscuits and gravy and twice I've come home with no biscuits! It was part of the order! A bigmac once was cold and even had a fleck of frost on the edge! The employees don't cook good at all! Can't keep track of anything! They're a lousy bunch, and one got me pregnant and is not returning my calls. Terrible place! read more

This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I have EVER been too...and that's saying something. I was running errands with my wife and 2yr old daughter and it was getting late in the evening, so rather than cook we decided to grab a quick dinner from McDonald's on our way back to the house. We pulled up to the drive thru and were asked to wait for a few minutes before placing our order. After about 8 minutes of just sitting at the order box and other cars lining up behind us, the finally decided to take our order...maybe there was just one person to do that job and they needed a restroom break?? Anyways, we ordered 2 meals, an extra cheeseburger, and a Happy meal. They never asked if it was for a boy or girl (for the toy) and gave us our food and drinks. They stuffed both adult meals, fries, and extra cheeseburger all in one sack so it was difficult to check with a long line waiting behind us, so we left and took our food to the house about 10 minutes away. As we were pulling all the food out and getting ready to eat, we found that they had not given us a BigMac. That was the main item from one of the adult meals! And with a hungry 2 year old I couldn't load everyone back up in the vehicle to go back, but I wanted my BigMac that I paid for. So I left my wife and daughter at home to eat by themselves to drive the 10 minutes back to this McDonald's to get my meal that I paid for and was really pissed off by this time. I got there, went inside and put my receipt on the counter and told them they forgot my BigMac. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience or offered to comp anything, but instead pulled another BigMac off the "ready" rack, stuffed it in a bag and gave it to me and went on. At this point I was livid and just wanting to leave and get back to my family, so I took my ready-made BigMac (that was sitting there for who knows how long) and drove the 10 minutes back home to eat my meal and cold fries by myself. Then I go to eat the extra cheeseburger I had ordered and found that it was just meat and cheese and buns, completely dry with no ketchup or pickles or anything else. What a crappy meal and lack of any type of service what-so-ever. Needless to say, I will not be going back there, EVER! read more

Worst McDonald's ever. I ordered a side salad and they gave me a bowl with lettuce in it.. when I asked where the rest of the salad was, the manager rolled her eyes at me and said she was out of grape tomatoes and cucumbers. She cut up tomatoes (probably spit in them) and put them in a chicken nugget box. Nasty! read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I don't think I've ever gotten a order right and the food is always cold.

This place is a pig sty! I have written, spoken on the phone with the district manager, and filled out surveys multiple times. Nothing seems to change. There is always crap all over the floor behind the counter, where food is prepped. I have even said something once while in there. The shift supervisor then turned and said, "Someone needs to sweep." Well, that never works, because someone thinks someone else is going to or should do it. One person did grab a broom, made two half-hearted strokes at nothing, and then stopped. There were at least 5 people behind the counter, all standing around, doing nothing. So, it's not because it's busy. Yesterday, I was in, just to get an ice tea. It is usually the only reason I go. Every time I go, I get a different response, if I ask for lemon. Yesterday, the person, who took my order said, "We don't have any." I asked why not and was told they NEVER have them. Not true. So, I asked the shift manager. I was told, "We're out." And, "The delivery truck didn't bring any." I voiced my frustration at the fact that there always seems to be some lame excuse. She said, "Would you like to talk to my district manager? She's right over there." I said, "No", but the shift manager heard and came over. Guess what? They did have lemons. I thought, maybe they didn't realize they were in the back cooler or were just too lazy to get them (which has been the case on other occasions). Not so. The lemons were in the small cooler, right by the drive-in window. So, without even checking, I was told, "we never have that" and "the truck didn't deliver any." BTW, the shift manager is the same one I spoke to on the phone fairly recently. So, even though, during that conversation, I was assured she would look into all of my concerns/complaints, while she was in the restaurant (and I use the term restaurant very loosely), she made no noticeable attempt to do something about the unsanitary and unsafe conditions behind the counter. I need to get a job there, just so I can fall after stepping on a lid or french fry. Workers Comp is a good way to make money, doing nothing. I'm surprised no one has done it. The good news for me is that I am moving. The rest of you should make the effort to cross the tracks and go to Hardees! Much better quality food. I only go to Mc D's for the tea, because it's better and only costs $1 fir the largest size. This place would get no stars (which s not even an option), except for the fact that there are one or two very friendly workers. I've noticed a big turnover in the good workers. No surprise. read more
