WOW! NO SERVICE OFFERED. Stood at Station for a few minutes, THEN was finally acknowledged by a kitchen employee and stated, 'Someone will be with you in a few minutes'. Why remain longer. I left. Wow!! Customer service is non existent here! Stopped here on my way back to Ohio to grab a quick bite and no one spoke and workers seemed rude. Amended: having just wasted 19 minutes in the drive thru line AND gotten attitude from the lady taking orders who had me waiting over 3 minutes at the speaker for someone else to take my order... Only to get the window and have to have my order corrected, I'm just giving in to the inevitable and dropping them to one star. Pros - best breakfast fast food, yummy biscuits, quality ingredients. Cons - It's very difficult to get a correct order. Service is generally rude and the after-breakfast food is just not good. They should really just stick with serving breakfast all day. read more

Hello fellow yelpers!! This is my second time visiting a Hardee's and it was great! The first Hardee's I had was somewhere in Virginia and the burger was terrible. So I had my doubts about going to another one but I'm glad I did. I ordered the mile high burger small fries and a drink. The wait time was no more than 4 minutes. The burger and fries came nice and hot and the bun looked nothing like the one in the other review. The service was great and the food was delicious. Four Stars! I went there yesterday. I ordered one Frisco combo, and a frisco burger with one order of fries. They brought my food to my car . The fries container had about three fries in the fry container . The rest of the fries were in the bottom of the bag. There was no other fry order in the bag, I was supposed to get two. I went in and told them. They claimed I only ordered one fry. A combo comes with fries. The people there were so rude. I went home. My sister and I opened our frisco burger. The bread had not been toasted. We had to toast our sandwich in the oven. I will never go back to this Burger King except to get a refund. read more

Been to many different Hardee's but no more to this particular one. Placed order at drive thru and repeated at pick up window. Order was wrong,had to return to store.Asked for a new order or money back. Manager returned my money made no effort to make order right and offered no apology. There are many good HARDEES around just not this one in my opinion. read more

This place used to be better. I go here occasionally when I want something quick and cheap. The food is decent and the restaurant is fairly clean. However the service is absolutely horrendous. A lot of times I go there it can be 10 minutes before my order is taken when I'm the only one there. The staff absolutely don't care. Don't go here. I go here often bc it's right next to my house and I've never had an issue. The wait is long but that's the same for all hardees bc they cook to order for most menu items. The few mistakes have been fixed promptly and the staff has always been friendly read more

there is nothing fast about this store.....so unless you plenty of time to wait, I would suggest driving a mile up the road, there are plenty more choices. read more
