Worst food quality I've ever had! Used to love Hardee's but, boy has it went to crap! Ordered a grilled cheese burger combo to split with my wife. Meat was so cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. Floors and condiment area was dirty and looked like they haven't been cleaned in days! The guys behind the counter were friendly, however, looked ungroomed , and were wearing jeans and hoodies and you would have never guessed that they were employees. Only Hardee's uniforms were on the 2 ladies in the kitchen that were speaking to each other in Spanish. This is the biggest cluster mess I've ever seen! So the place used to be great now it looks deserted. We saw some cars in the parking lot on our way to a nearby city, came back through about 2 hours later so we could stop there, it finally looked open, go to pull door to order and eat in the dining room and the doors were locked. There was a young guy standing there in the dinning area just talking to someone, apparently behind the counter. So we double checked the hours and they were supposed to be open. Went to the drive thru and was told they didn't have enough people for the dining room? WTH, it's not like they come to your table and take your order. Not sure who owns this location but it sucks. Sorry...food has always been good. But prior to this visit, there were 2 cars on this lot another day, lights on, doors locked and no one even answered at the drive thru. read more

Ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo, $8.56. Was told they were out of ham, so I had the option of sausage or bacon, I chose bacon. We had breakfast the morning of Nov. 20, 2023 after reading Facebook comments that they had opened again after a while and the food had improved. My wife had the breakfast platter and I had 2 sausage and egg muffins, all with coupon discounts. I saw them assemble the food in the kitchen and wrap it. but when we ate it it seemed to be prepared with yesterdays leftovers--muffin stale, sausage dry/reheated, egg ok. The staff of 4 was friendly and seemed efficient but should have made everything to order since we were the lone customers. Coffee was great but refills weren't available since they forgot to make more. We were in a hurry so couldn't complain or reorder . Such a shame cause we wont be back. read more

This place is outrageously busy around the noon hour, and again at dinner. There's only a limited number of restaurants in the area. This, in my opinion, other than the county club, is the best. I love that they take your name for your order. It's a nice personal touch! The service is a bit slower due to being understaffed. This doesn't affect the quality of the food. The counter staff are so polite and double check each order before handing it over. And they ask if there's anything else they can do for you. The kitchen staff is thorough and fast, and the food looks very much like the menu items! Great Arby's. read more

Hardee's is great. Great staff and very friendly. Food is always good and came out hott. They have a great selection of sandwiches and coke products. The only down fall was the bathrooms are a disaster. Hate to say it but they were really bad. But other then that enjoyed my visit. read more

Came here after a long work day . Ordered my food and when I pulled around the young man had me repeat my order twice . I asked for some condiments as well . When he came back he had an angry look upon his face towards me . I left and noticed my food was wrong and there were no sauce packets in my bag . And the last straw I ended up being sick twice later when I got home . Terrible will not return . read more

We really enjoyed this place for many years but watched it steadily go downhill the last couple years. The last few times we went the food was pretty disappointing but we thought maybe it was just employee turnover. My niece was in from out of town so we ordered over $30 in food at the drive through. We get all the way home and realize they shorted us 10 chicken fingers. (approx $10) so I had to go out and get more food at a place close by. I wasn't going to drive 20 minutes back so decided to call them. I was sure by this point they realized their error. 10 extra chicken tenders laying around is hard to miss. I called 20 times over the course of the next 2 days and kept getting a busy signal. I decided to contact corporate the day it happened when I couldn't get through to the store. They responded within a couple days and said they would contact the store manager. It took a few emails from me over the next couple weeks before I even got a response from the District Manager who was rude and said there was nothing they could do. He insinuated it never happened because there was never a sale done that day. (I still do have the receipt and had also included it in my email to corporate) My response back was not very nice. I asked him for his bosses contact info and of course I never got it. His email was also written to me in "all caps" so at this point I really don't even believe it was from the Regional Manager. Here was his response below. I have omitted his actual contact info even though it was in the email. Its funny they have no record of me contacting Hardees ~ but I have the email where they responded that they would be contacting the manager. Within the genre of fast food franchises, with my one lonely visit, these folks are great! We dined in the restaurant. After placing the order the cashier said to take a seat and they would bring the food to us. Kudos Mr. Hardee, a touch of class in an otherwise indifferent market segment! I got their fish sandwich as it is char-broiled, not deep fried. How nice that one could get a reasonably healthy fast food option. And it was even better when I tasted it, as it was quite good! The lady got a coney dog, and reported it was fine, again however not typical national franchised fast-food fare. We split an order of onion rings and they were better than the typical fast food franchise rings which all seem to be made of reconstiuted onion pressed into molds to make a "ring." On the 22nd of January we came here to find out. upon entrance we were greeted you a somewhat depressing atmosphere; nobody was in there. we had to wait to order, but when we did the staff was friendly. we also had to wait for our 2 item order for too long, but our hopes were high that it would be worth it. we ended up throwing away our meal in the starbucks garbage can. - cheeseburger: 3.5/10 overall, appearance 1.5 (lack of attention to detail, unappetizing), taste 3/10 - fries: 7/10 overall, appearance 8.5, taste 7/10 - price: 5/10 (fries were average, cheeseburger was $2 overpriced) - atmosphere: 5/10 (nobody was in there, boring, didn't want to stay) - customer service: 6/10 unmotivated yet friendly staff, we had to wait for service, food took a long time, staff engaged in small talk pros: - tvs - single seats for lonely people - tables were clean - convenient location - other customers were welcoming cons: - floors have seen better days - weird look from older man (staff member) - parking lot wasn't plowed - unorganized menu - the term "thiccburger" is unappetizing we will not be coming back. read more
