The restraunt was dated but clean. We got thereat 1. Not a sole there. Should have been first clue. Appeared 1 person working, she told us GM Had left. We ordered chicken tenders (greasy and over cooked) ham and cheeses (barely warm... not hot at all) and hot dog(hard to screw up A hot dog) very slow service or we would have asked for refund. We love a Hardees hot ham and cheese but not here. read more

I didn't in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Not a single moved. I don't know why I keep coming to this place, but I'm done read more

this was a great experienc. the food was amazing me and my girlfriend tore it UP!!, also it had the best customer service I could ask for. David was my server and he was amazing I wish that I could say more but there's just too much. the place was so clean, I loved the atmospher. I just want to say thank you to David one more time and I will definitely be going back read more

Service could not be any slower. I've currently been here for 20 minutes waiting on an order. Had I not already paid I would just pull off.

Arrived on site walked in everyone saw me walk in. went to the front to order, Stood there for 15 mins and no asked to take my order. I walked out and on the way out an employee was blaming the new employee. Why didn't you ask to take his order? she herself saw me walk in instead of taking responsibility blames others read more

The hours on the door says the dining room is open from 5-9 and drive-through is 5-10. I pull in the drive-through at 9:02, sit there for a minute or two, then circle the building to make sure I had the hours correctly, see that I do and go to the drive-through the 2nd time, still nothing but I do see a lady standing behind the register on her phone.I circle around for the 3rd time, say hello in the mic, nothing. Circle around the 4th time and she finally wants to say "we're closed". No sorry, nothing. Please go back and watch cameras, I was at there at 9:02 on 4/7/22. I personally felt like she just didn't want to take my order since everything said they were opened. Definitely won't be back and will tell others not to go to this location. read more

Hardee's - Had to add this as well where is says hours updated a week ago. - Burgers Near Me - Roebuck, South Carolina

This is the worst slow food restaurant I have ever visited. The food is lousy . The service is even worst!! This was the first time I came to this restaurant and it will be my LAST!!! Whatever oil that is used to cook the food in, needs to be destroyed!! The oil leaves an unsavory taste in your mouth and on the food it is cooked in. I waited almost twenty minutes to get the trash that was supposed to be my food order, which was horrible. The price I paid wasn't worth it!!! They tried to appease me because of the length of time it took to complete my order, so they threw in 2 awful tasting apple-pies for free. They could have kept all that junk, because upon tasting it when I got home, we threw it all in the garbage can! Where it belonged. For all those who love this food, more power to them, but we hated it, and will never ever go back!!!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, but in order to write my review, I had to check it. read more

Place is hit or miss, mostly miss. Incomplete orders & poor service is normal thing. Decided to stay away from this location from now on.

If 0 stars was an option I'd give it. I had to wait 40 minutes to get an online order, everyone who ordered after me with complicated orders got their food in no time at all. Not only that but when the started cooking my food 30 minutes after the time I sent in the order it came out lukewarm and half of it was wrong. I had ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese breakfast wraps and received 2 sausage. My ham platter I got the ham was so salty it hurt and it was the texture of cold dry jerky. I can understand that it was short staffed that day but it was insane to have to wait 40 minutes and see everyone else get their food. read more

If this restaurant doesn't get it together fast there is no way it can make it. They advertise that they serve breakfast on the weekends until 12pm and yet they cut me off at 10:02 after I waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. The wait time is ridiculous in itself. Two days before I ordered the new super sausage biscuit and when I got a mile down the road and opened the bag I had a regular sausage, egg and cheese and it was colder than room temperature and nasty. You can rarely get a biscuit here that is even barely warm, much less fresh tasting. Also forget complaining because no one will ever reply to you. This complaint will prove that. See if anyone replies. read more

When they redid this Hardee's I thought things would get better. I just don't understand why it takes 15 minutes to get an order of 3 chicken tenders out. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has to be hands down the WPRSE location in the Spartanburg area. read more

Why have a line of cars wrapped around the building , just to have all doors locked to the building. Some people don't have time to go threw a drive thru. Needs to be fixed read more

Be warned- Breakfast stops at 10, NOT 10:30 like other locations. Got there at 10:08 and they told me they were no longer serving breakfast - unlike all the other Hardees that serve breakfast until 10:30. I also looked it up on Google and they said Hardees serves breakfast until 10:30. What a joke. read more

I love Hardee's everything is good My mom worked here when she was young in her early 20's while she was in school she always brought food home and they have really good fries and Frisco burger is the bomb and a mainstay I wish they bring the Memphis burger back the one from 2012 read more

I don't know what's been up with Hardee's was always my favorite one. Yesterday no coke etc in drive thru other than that was good. Today I went still no coke etc the tea didn't have much tea flavor at all tasted like lightly sweetened water and my order was wrong got fries instead of onion rings. The fries were room temp anyway so had to go in. The first Thing I see is a coke product in a cup?? And no sign on the soda machine saying they are out. That's annoying. Anyway they apologized as they would and fixed it great! But then leave and when I get my sandwich out to eat it was made wrong no mayo so was dry as can be. And not a close drive for me to go there. Batted 0 for 3 today. Gonna stop going to this location now. Not worth the disappointment and spending money and not getting what you wanted to. And 2 others are the same distance from me. read more

If I'm going to eat at Hardee's I prefer this location... the workers are very nice an try to accommodate anything you ask... I always ordered the low carb breakfast bowl but they were discontinued but the staff will still make me one just have to order 2 sides of eggs 2 sides of bacon and a side of sausage... actually cost a little less than the bowl... VERY tasty... my family goes every Sunday to this location for breakfast before church read more

the service at this location is fair on the morning shift, even then there seems to be little concern toward customer satisfaction. and on other shifts, it is even worse. i truly do enjoy Hardees food, but im not sure i can continue to to dine there. read more
