Locals will tell you: drive to the Hardee's near I-77. Avoid-AVOID-this one. If you want to prank a friend, tell them to try this Hardee's. Sit back and laugh. So, without knowing this, my wife and I saw that the place was empty. During the lunch rush! Should've been a red flag but no, my dummy self thinks "eh, seems legit!" And so began the worst Hardee's experience we've had in recent memory. I ordered the Frisco Burger. Hadn't had one since I was a kid and it looked so good in the picture! Mmm I could hardly wait! Alas, between two slices of cold over toasted light bread sat a thick little cold wad of hamburger, with a slice of....cheese? American perhaps? I couldn't say for sure, I do know it wasn't the Frisco from my childhood. We ate maybe 1/4 of our burgers and left. I think Hardee's needs to demand these idiots remove the Hardee's logo from this location. It's like that old 80s Eddie Murphy film Coming to America where the guy is running a counterfeit McDonald's. McDowell's I think it's called. Funny. read more

520 am lights at store not on although they were open they appear closed. Ordered breakfast platter and potatoes were cold ordered cinnamon raisin biscuit but received maple biscuit with icing and it was very cold and hard. Very disappointed! Drive thru Hardee's is lacking customer service and when I walked inside to get WHAT I ordered, wanted to charge me 25 cents. It's NOT the cost, it IS the fact that the NON SMILING gentleman who brought my order was not listening. If you hate your job so much, do something else. Is it really about charging someone additional money for ranch dressing? Is your manager going to yell at you for correcting an order and making the customer happy? I think not. Just went there for some lunch no line in drive thur but still had to pull and wait on the side. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries I live less then 5 mins away fries was warm and burger was cold and tasted awful. You need to do better if want to have return business read more

If a zero was possible that would be my final answer to my first and last visit to this location. The manager is WOW! A nightmare to say the least! July 18, brought family (14 plus) at 7.30am for breakfast, front counter people RUDE, screaming back and forth at each other, food preparers, no hair net or gloves preparing food, biscuits cold, eggs cold, gravy only warm. Food, not well prepared and thrown together, very small portions, not like advertised. Building dingy and not well kept and same with employees. Bathroom looks as if has been in a hurricane, dirty, ceiling and lights uncovered and falling. Flies everywhere in this place. I suppose this will be the next to close, or maybe it should have been closed some time ago. Do not waste you or your families time, go somewhere else. Arrived at this restaurant around 9pm on Monday night. We ordered the number one burger meal and a single burger. When our food arrived the fries were ice cold and the burgers were also. We went through the drive thru and were ordering for two families. We wanted to use a coupon for each family. The lady was incredibly rude. She said their policy is one coupon per a vehicle. Went through the drive-through on 8/5/16 and bought 2 breakfast biscuits and 2 milks. The biscuits were fine. The first milk tasted a little "off" so I set it aside and opened the second. You have to see it to believe it. I have never seen milk so deteriorated. It was completely separated. White chunks floating in clear liquid. The date on the carton was the date of purchase. The milk was not outdated. I got 2 spoiled cartons of milk, 1 unbelievably so. How many more did they sell? How many parents will buy a carton of milk for their child, open it, stick a straw in it and then hand it to the child? Obviously the product is not being handled/refrigerated properly. They are selling spoiled milk, a product that I would expect is primarily consumed by children. Someone is going to get sick. read more

Nasty very disappointing visit. Ordered chicken tenders box and burger and hot dog box. Didn't get our cookies was told they don't have them and mumbled something else and said sorry. Place very dirty. No clean tables. Mold on the windows. No wonder it was a ghost town and only has a one star rating. We will not be stopping at this location ever again. Family member or friend of worker hanging around the front. Food was cold, but took 5 minutes to get but the place wasn't busy. Very, very disappointing. read more
