I love a good sonic drink or a shake whenever but god the manager at this location Rebecca she has ruined the sonic experience for me. Placed an order at 8:09 pm for 3 shakes and I Get there at 8:15 pm and sit till around 9 pm till one of the employees came out and asked what my order was. She had to be the middle person to let us know that the manager decided to clean the ice cream machine and she wiped our order off the screen. Now at the end of the day if you made mistake and then why not be the adult and explain that rather send a kid to do your dirty work? Shame on you Rebecca read more

I went to sonic in princeton west Virginia tonight didn't get my hamburger got home my chili cheese dogs were black and the bacon double toaster didn't have any meat paddy's on it I will never go there again the rating they get from me is a big fat F and when you confront them they call you a lier read more

I would have enjoyed ordering - if anyone would have been willing to serve me. Waited for 15 min staring at the blinking red light before deciding to try drive-thru instead. A voice at the sign prompted me to wait a few minutes. Another 15 minutes later, I decided to leave. There was no staffing issues - rather, the open kitchen appeared full of chatty teens having a great time - each taking turns after every order they appeared to fulfill to stand outside and vape together. read more

Pulled in was going to order, the young girl asked if we could go through the drive thru so we did waited 5 minutes for them to take our order, but they never asked us for our order, so we drove away. POOR SERVICE, or should I say no service. read more

This used to be our go-to place for a quick bite to eat but it's increasingly gotten worse over the last year. Every time that we go, we wait for 20+ minutes, even if all we've ordered is ice cream or drinks. The staff is usually really nice but nothing about the place is worth the wait times. read more

To be fair we have given this Sonic three trie over the course of a year. Each experience has been a tremendous let down. The latest visit began with the waitress asking us to wait a minute, 20 minutes later still no service. When we left there was 2 employees standing at the entrance smoking cigarettes. They have fancy video screen menus like they're from the future . My burger was delicious and fresh and it made my belly very happy .

Worst drive thru experience ever!! I've worked a lot of fast food so I try to be understanding, but this was just ridiculous. Mary was working the drive thru, she messed up our order, wouldn't even talk to us and wouldn't make our shakes. Completely unprofessional. There are too many children running this business. I come here frequently and they're unprofessional every time. Night crew needs to get it together. Mary just needs to not be put on drive thru. She seemed very uncomfortable and inexperienced. read more

My least favorite Sonics around... staff was very rude. It's a waste to try to take advantage of the 1/2 price shakes after 8 pm because that's when they decide to clean the shake machine. I asked for no ice in my drink. I got a cup full of ice instead. Highly unlikely that I'll return to this Sonics primarily because of the sorry staff. read more

Never had Sonic before this one opened back up, was surprised it was really good, unfortunately, im not sure how but every single time I go there they mess my order up, I've worked fast food, I know it gets hectic sometimes its understandable but, I usually go when its slow after the rush, it still happened either the cook having to bring out the food because the cashier is setting on the counter talking, they have forgotten to give me my card back a few times, and either give me more food than I ordered which im perfectly ok with, or giving me someone else's order, ringing me up for something I didnt order, or not putting the lid on the drink all the way and it spill in my car,or simply asking for a drink caddy when I get 2 or more drinks and getting a smart remark, I like the food but I will not go back again. read more
