Since they are only open for drive-through I was astonished to Jae such a long wait. There were two cars waiting in designated spots already and the van in front of me was obviously told to wait too. When they told me to pull over to a spot to wait I couldn't because I was wedged in between the van in front of me and the car behind. Owner senior staff is very rude . Owner walks around in the morning greeting all the old customers. Flirting with older women . He is super cheap and will not participate in the Hardee's rewards program. He is too cheap to allow customers to earn and redeem points . Something about a char broiled burger just hits all the right spots! I really do prefer Hardee's over any other fast food burger joints. I'd say this location always gives fresh food. The fries are always fresh and the veggies on the burgers are crisp and bright. I usually always get a grilled chicken combo minus the cheese and bacon but I really wanted a burger today. I decided to be risky and try a burger I never had. Usually I just get a big cheeseburger but I wanted all the fixins'. I opted for the superstar with cheese. When I got home and got my food out the bad I was super surprised with the weight of the burger. It was heavy! To my surprise it was a double patty burger. I must've missed that on the menu board because I usually only like my burgers with 1 patty(I'm weird) but I was happily surprised that it wasn't too too much. The burger was super juicy and all the toppings on it were superb! The special sauce was tasty too on it. I think I found my new go to combo! Dont ever eat here. I used to work here they got exposed for rats and roaches everywhere. Management was horrible towards staff especially the owner. Mark was the only good manager. I was only 16 working here and hated every minute of it. If you have a young son or daughter do not let them work at this establishment. read more

I stood and watched the little girl pull orders and while standing there she was touching the fries with her hands with no gloves on, and when I asked her to put on gloves she got an attitude. She started getting loud and clapping her hands to the point my wife stepped in and had to straighten her. Hoo boy. They say you don't know what you got 'til it's gone. And what I miss most right now is a good, fast food biscuit. Apparently, Orlando has a love affair with the sit-down breakfast. I suppose that's fantastic if you have an hour, and fifteen bucks or so to spend. Well, I do and I don't, so I won't. Hardee's has been my go-to for a breakfast biscuit for the better part of 30 years. We used to walk down every morning and sit with the old timers at the Amen Corner, just eating a butter biscuit with a little grape jelly. When Carl's Jr. bought Hardee's awhile ago, I thought "Well, there goes the neighborhood." The other restaurant they kinda had was "The Red Burrito", and that didn't inspire a lot of confidence in their biscuit game. Then they did that Paris Hilton Thickburger ad, and I thought "Well, I like women. I like burgers. I don't think I wanna curl up next to a burger at night." They've since proven me wrong, at least with the biscuits. Not much has changed since their acquisition. The biscuit is surprisingly complex, and let me explain: I can make my own biscuits. I've made the Hardee's and the Bojangle's clone recipes. The Bojangle's recipe came close. Hardee's couldn't be duplicated to my satisfaction. It's slightly chewy, slightly crispy, golden brown, and just moist enough that you can reheat it in the toaster oven if you have leftovers. Is it a little greasy? Yeah, buddy, but it's the right kind of grease. They seem to brush it with butter, but it's closer to ghee than your typical melted butter. This location hit me with their Ultimate Omelette / Loaded Omelette. They've referred to it as both over the years, and honestly, the egg, cheese, ham, and sausage were so perfectly balanced on this particular sandwich that I checked to make sure I was still at Hardee's. Maybe Carl Sr. is the one who makes the burgers. That's the only thing drags this rating down a little. Their chicken tenders are actually a little spongy, and I really prefer my burgers cooked to medium. It's a fast food restaurant. I mean, we already have COVID, who needs food poisoning? Grading against every other fast food joint, Hardee's serves the best biscuit in town. Too bad I have to drive to the other side of Orlando to get one. read more

They are absolutely rude and disrespectful especially the manager. Literally I was appalled, I will never EVER be going back there again. The next time I want Hardee's I will be going to another location because the energy in there makes me not even wanna be in a 10 mile radius of that establishment. I've never seen a manger act like that, honestly I don not recommend even stepping foot in that establishment. I haven't had a Hardee's burger in forever, and I always forget that there's one in the beautiful neighborhood of Silver Star road! Nothing major here, but some pretty big fast food burgers. The burger was fresh, the fries weren't much to talk about, so french fry lovers, don't get too excited. My sweet tea and light ice which was good, knowing that my drink wasn't 80% ice, however my iced tea was warm, so it wasn't "iced". I guess I know why Hardee's isn't dead, but somehow stays afloat...big burgers but that's it. If anyone is curious, they have a jolly rancher milkshake going on! read more

(This five star rating is based on comparing to other Hardee's and other fast food restaurants) Hardee's it's his own worst enemy. In my opinion Hardee's has the best breakfast menu compared to any other fast food restaurant. Their hamburgers are good and their chicken tenders are excellent. The problem is quality control. Most Hardee's I visit are staffed by people who are not quite ready for employment. The restaurants are generally dirty and not maintain. But not this one; this one was very clean and very well staffed. The store should be the example for the others. My only negative about the store, this store does not serve grits! read more

First time visiting Hardees and I came in hoping for a decent experience even though it's fast food. The restaurant is actually nicely decorated for this time of year. The bath room was dirty and uninviting. The restaurant floor was dirty. Service by thr manager was not served with a smile. We came from UCF area and the trip wasn't worth it. The burger was good but nothing to write home about. I was better off with Wendy's JBC $5 Deal. Even if I'm in the area, I would think 3 times before eating at Hardees. read more

Downloaded Yelp specifically for this. I've had no luck calling corporate office. I came in a few days ago around 10-10:30. There was a VERY RUDE employee at the counter. She's very unprofessional and clearly uncomfortable on the register. And made several smart remarks. When asked for her name she proceeded to spell it to me "A-Y-S-H-A did you get all that?". The food here was alright. It was my first time trying Hardee's, so I was pretty excited especially since there isn't any in Miami. I got the number 3 mushroom and Swiss thickburger and it tasted like a checkers burger if anything slightly better. It was okay in my book. Without a doubt, Hardee's has the best burger of any of the fast food chains. The burgers are THICK, juicy, tasty, and topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. The fries are not my favorite but at least the salt gustapo hasn't scared them away from using it on the fries and most of the time they are fresh (not stored under a heat lamp for days). I eat here fairly often but access with the usual rude central Fl traffic can be a challenge during the 5 o'clock rush. We definitely need more Hardee's! read more

As crazy as this sounds, I go to this location at least twice a week for a side of eggs. It is close to my office and only adds 2 minutes to my drive. One thing though I requested a chocolate and strawberry milkshake and I was told that they were unable to blend flavors . I asked why and the lady at the window said that she didn't know.
