Drove in and someone directed us past the drive thru line to circle the building just to get back into the drive thru line. Took us about 8 minutes to get up front to order, where there was a nice young woman taking the orders. The line went fast after that and we got our food from a very nice gentleman and went on our way. Got home and was excited to see how this food compared to their neighbor and competitor. I got a pancake combo with eggs and sausage and my wife got a bacon and egg biscuit with a side of gravy. Off the bat I knew the pancakes were going to be bad, something about the look of them. I was very right about that, they were dry and just fell apart with no real taste to them. Eggs were ok and sausage was good. Wife's sandwich looked a little flat but she liked it. It always has a very long drive through wait. It is now two lanes and they keep it moving. We ate inside and got our order sooner than the drive through. While waiting for the delivery, a customer spilled and entire cup of coffee. It was a lot of coffee to mop up and then wipe down the splashed on booths. An employee came along and with a mop, got it all, all the while joking with those of us eating. And that mop was a real sucker-upper as she did the mop job on three mop drains.
