The store was out of 2 different things I asked for and the food was gross , my chicken wrap one one sad soggy chicken tender and my burger was cold and had no Sauce . The server was apologetic about being out of the items I asked for and kept insisting other items on the menu , my partner said his food was cold and made him feel sick. It makes sense why I never see anyone in this Hardee's parking lot , other than stray dumpster cats which is not lack luster . read more

I was the only customer on site at the time and I paid for a double cheeseburger with nothing else and received one of the worst single-patty cheeseburgers I've ever eaten in my life. I love Hardee's but everytime we go there's ALWAYS something going on. First couple of times there wasn't any strawberry lemonade which wasn't a big deal. Other times they're out of things like chicken and what not but we placed an online order and it still went through. Then today we go to pick up an online order and they're in a middle of a shift change so our food is just sitting there while they're all huddled up ignoring us. Someone from all the way on the other side had to walk around them to hand us are food (thank you to this person). It's never easy to just go there, grab our food, and leave. read more

Do not go to this location. First off the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was dry as could be and tasted off. Food is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich, but had them put it on a biscuit. I got back to my house to eat the sandwich. I opened it up and saw that the meat was SLIMY. I went back and asked them if they could remake the sandwich for me to which they did and before I got out of the parking lot, I noticed that the sandwich was slimy again. Literal mucus coming off the sandwich. Also the workers are rude. It's unfortunate that this place has gone so downhill. read more

Something appears to have happened here. Got biscuits a week ago and they were excellent. Went back for a Frisco Burger and a Big Hardee several days later and they were very good and the server at the window was actually very friendly. Sure hope they keep it up. When cooked properly, they have the best fast food hamburgers. read more

I was astonished that they actually made sure my chicken was done. The service is okay not A+ but it was dealable.

Worst Hardee's I have ever been to!!! Went for lunch & they didn't have any grilled chicken, went for breakfast & couldn't order cause the lunch menu was up, when I asked if she could flip the menu to breakfast she said " I will have to come out to do it" so I set their waiting for someone to come flip it but that never happened, she wanted me to place an order without the menu. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! On top of being VERY slow! I have pulled up at this Hardee's & EVERYONE was outside smoking a cigarette laughing & talking. A person took my order, as I drove around to the window I see EVERYONE run inside the building, I'm literally watching them talk to me on their headset as they went back into the building, then come to take my money for my order. So unprofessional not sanitary at all! This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP! Y'all need to do better or shut the doors. read more

It's Father's Day 2016, and I thought I'd bring my 3 yr old son for some Breakfast, like my Dad did with me many many times when I was young. Same Hardee's, same location, same seat almost. I guess I was expecting more since there is a Hardee's next to us in Roswell, GA and they operate first class... The staff was rude, loud, tattooed, unorganized, slow and all they were worried about was someone coming in 15 mins. They kept saying, "She'll be here in 15 mins and she's going to be pissed." People waited 15 mins at the counter for their food. Some brought it back as undercooked. They had no small lids in the entire building so my 3 yr old had to drink from a large enormous cup he could barely pick up. Avoid this place. I will from now on. :-( read more

Never eat at the Hardee's in Inman! The only reason I am giving them one star is there is nothing lower. Almost everyone working there has a lousy attitude, and the food, when you finally get it, is usually burned, not what you paid for, or half your order is missing. I just bought food there and when I asked the manager if she had any coupons she said "Oh, we just throw them in the trash." Why the hell not give them to the customers like they are supposed to so the customers can save a buck? It's bad enough they always get your order wrong, and half the time the tea is soured, they are out of curly fries, they don't have the drink you want, or they are out of grilled chicken if you order a Chicken Club. Whoever is in charge of this "restaurant" needs to be fired. Preferably out of a cannon. I hope Zaxby's puts them out of business when they open. read more

Horrible I have been going there for breakfast on Saturday mornings for years never had a problem the other Saturday morning I went through the drive through first of all the guy acted like he didn't know what he was doing then a lady gave me my food after I had sat there for a few minutes she first tried to give me someone else's order and then was rude when I told her that wasn't my order my order was sitting by the register It was a simple order 2 jelly biscuits hash browns 2 drinks didn't offer any jelly for the biscuits had to wait for her to come back and see what I needed I asked for grape jelly she hands me a pack of jelly (for 2 biscuits) acted like it killed her to do that got home the biscuits was flatter than pancakes hadn't even been cut open to put butter in them much less for us to put jelly! Hardee's at Inman is going down hill FAST! I can remember sitting for awhile in drive through to order now there is no one in line on a Saturday morning! Y'all can do better! Inman only has Hardee's McDonald's Bojangles and Auntie M's for breakfast and I have always loved Hardee's biscuits but after that day I don't care to go back! Yesterday went to Auntie M's and the biscuits was 100 times better! They just don't have a drive through! read more
