The salad bar was fresh and maintained. All the veggies are fresh and crisp. You can tell it's cut that day. It was so good. The ranch was great. Salad bar was included in most of the meals. Most of us got steaks and they are thin cut but all of them were seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. Nothing had to be sent back. We went after my graduation from VGCC and I expected it to be busy, and it reallly wasn't that bad. It's very rustic feeling but can definitely tell it's an upscale restaurant.
