Order was wrong. Took forever for them to get it right. Had to wait at least ten minutes at drive thru before they took my order

Clearly this Whataburger is newly opened. When I parked to go in I was one of two customers inside…read morethe restaurant. Maybe two cars in the drive thru. There was tons of staff inside. It took three of them to take one order for one person. Nobody knew what they were doing. I paid almost $14 for a jalapeño cheeseburger large sized meal. They gave me my order number to place on my table and a large cup for my drink. It took them almost 15 minutes to get me my food and I had to walk up front to ask about it. Bear in mind there was only one other person in there in front of me. When I got my food, my hamburger was cold and my fries were not far behind that. I should've gone back and asked for a new hamburger, but I was so disgusted by the ignorance and lack of training of the staff that I just wanted to eat something and leave the restaurant. The restaurant itself was very very clean and as I said before, obviously very new. I stopped at the bathroom before I left. But for a new building and a bathroom that looked clean, the whole bathroom smelled like urine. I also have to say they added pickles to a hamburger that wasn't supposed to have pickles and I had to take them off before I ate my cold hamburger. I have eaten that several other Whataburger in different towns and had a good experience. This Whataburger in Griffin, Georgia, clearly has bad training and bad management and it is just opened. I will never be back to this Whataburger again. I had to repeat four times what I did not want on my hamburger. And that's with three of them standing there helping each other. Avoid this location of Whataburger at all costs.

When it comes to a great customer experience, you expect nothing less from Chick-fil-A --…read moreespecially in California, where the standard is usually exceptional. In Georgia, however, it can sometimes be hit or miss. But this South Fulton location consistently stands out, and when Bob is working, "great" becomes absolutely brilliant. We come here at least once a week, and over the last several visits we hadn't seen Bob, so we honestly assumed he had been promoted -- maybe even to District Manager -- because the level of service he provides is truly world-class. We were genuinely stunned to find out he isn't even a manager. His work ethic, professionalism, consistency, and attention to customers are incredibly rare. The kind of dedication he shows is something you almost never see anymore, even from management. What I also admire about this location is how they usually have a dedicated lobby leader making sure everything stays clean, organized, and welcoming. At a busy Chick-fil-A, especially during peak hours, that role makes a huge difference -- and this team understands that. Thank you, Bob -- YOU ROCK!!! Chick-fil-A needs more employees like you. You make this location special, and your hard work absolutely does not go unnoticed.

I pulled up and was greeted with a smile. The server was very pleasant as he took my order and made the process swift and easy. I placed my order, paid, and headed to the window to await my food. It took a while for my sandwich to come, however, when it arrived it was fresh so I understood the wait. Fresh perfectly toasted bun. Juicy meaty chicken with the perfect amount of spice and the legendary pickle that just adds to the flavor context of the sandwich. My Polynesian was in the bag so I was on my way. Good service. Fresh food. Accurate order. Thank you, Chick-fil-A.

My family and I visited this restaurant on this lovely Sunday afternoon (November 23, 2025)…read more The ambiance, food and service were excellent. The order taker patiently answered my questions and was helpful. At the end of our dining experience we asked one of the wonderful Culver's workers to please snap our group picture. Her name was Christian and she did it with a smile!!!!! "Say Cheese‼"

I asked for it to be made fresh which is kind of the whole thing so it really wasn't even a request since that's pretty standard. The lady was agreeable to everything that I said as if none of it would be a problem. I see him put the burger in the past, which sits there for over five minutes before they bag it up. I get the fries and they're pale and soggy as if they roll a partially cooked. I went back to the counter, explained to the lady that I asked for extra crispy fries, and the fries that I received were nowhere near that. I also explained that the burger had already been sitting for about five minutes so I would prefer that the entire meal be made over. She got a nasty attitude about it as if I was in the wrong, but went ahead and remade the meal. When I got the food, the fries were now extra crispy, but the burger by no means was fresh and the patties were almost room temperature so much so that the cheese wouldn't even melt over top of the meat. At that point, I just left and figured I would deal with it later. Reached out to corporate a couple times sent a couple emails. Trying to expressed my experience with them with no return phone calls or emails. After a couple calls at the store I finally spoke with the store manager Justin, who didn't really seem too concerned about the experience, but mentioned he would send out a couple value certificates. About two weeks ago, but I didn't receive anything and I happen to be in the area so I decided to just stop by. When I stopped in, I specifically spoke with the store. Manager reminded him of our conversation, and he went ahead and took my order. Once again, I expressed my desire for fresh food and extra crispy fries. So I stand there while they make the food he gives me the bag and once again there's pale almost room temperature fries. So of course once again, I asked them to remake the food because I don't want to wait four or five minutes for fresh fries while the burger sits there and it's cold. I would assume with him knowing the situation that he would be more attentive to making sure the meal was made correctly since it was a remake to a pass poor experience. As I received the remade food, the gentleman in the back starts talking about there's no way the fries cannot be extra crispy now and there's no way that they can be wrong and kind of just had a negative attitude about him that made me feel unwelcome and just a really unprofessional situation. When the reality is, there is a way that they could be not crispy by you not cooking them long enough. At that point I just took the food and left because it just wasn't even worth going back up, saying anything or mentioning the issue again. All in all, I really don't understand what people see in Culver's and maybe it's just this location in general. But the standards are very low, quite frankly the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail and quality of food is very low. It seemed like a very simple request to ask for fresh food and extra crispy fries when at the end of the day, your marketing campaign is food made fresh to order so it really shouldn't have been an issue where the food was not fresh and it certainly shouldn't have been an issue the second time around. Update. As you can see somebody responded to my review but missed the whole part. I just said I reached out to corporate multiple times and no response so their reply is to reach out to corporate again. It's like the minor details. They just completely ignore and they're oblivious to any kind of customer request or feedback or anything. If I said, I reached out multiple times with no response why would I reach out again just to get the same outcome
