Very unpleasant customer service experience today…read more I am 67, broke my leg last year and have trouble standing for long periods. I entered the restaurant behind a man and woman and stood in the waiting area. There were 2 people at the bar and one guy sitting at a table but no hostess, waitress or bartender to be seen. After about 5 minutes, I called out "Hello, is anybody there?" Eventually, the waitress appeared and asked the woman in front of me if we were together. The woman said no, that she was there with her son and then, in a very loud, nasty voice, "I wouldn't have screamed at you like she did", looking at me. The waitress turned her back on me and took the woman to her table without greeting me or acknowledging my presence. Not enjoying the vibe, I left. Get it together people.
