I ordered on the app and checked it twice for my options. We ordered two cheeseburgers. Very simple order. BOTH were wrong. And BOTH were cold - not warm- Cold. The cheese on them stayed solid. So I have never made a review and never plan on making another but this was so hilariously awful that I had to. So I went into the establishment with two other friends they ordered ahead of me. It seemed like the person manning the register was being trained. The first thing that I should've been tipped off by was that one of the employees in the back said "dude you need to change them from take out to dine in are all of these dine in?" And the guy at the register goes "oh uh yeah, my bad, I don't know". After this I ordered curly fries, a shake, and a grilled cheese bacon burger. He said my order back to me but only said bacon burger instead of grilled cheese bacon burger. So I asked him, just to check, I said grilled cheese right? He said "oh uh, yeah" and then pressed some buttons. So I thought, well good thing I double checked. It was fairly expensive but that's what you get now with inflation. After taking literally 5 minutes to break my 50 I sit back down. After a little while I get my food (he stumbled over and asked "uh is this yours?") now what I see is a burger, curly fries, and a kids meal bag. Now instantly I know what happened, this dude thought that I, a full grown man, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and then also ordered a kids meal grilled cheese, complete with an applesauce. Now I only had a short time to eat before I had to leave and I knew if I had them remake it that it would take too long so I just told them yes. (Side note, grilled cheese was not even grilled, warm and rubbery bread). On top of this I didn't have my shake, after waiting a bit I went up and asked, to which they replied "oh uh yeah, I'll get right on that" which implies that if I didn't say anything they would have just forgotten. Bonus stuff, they tried to bring someone else's meal to my friend after they HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM HIS MEAL NOT TEN MINUTES AGO. I actually don't know how someone can be this dumb. Anyway long story short food was fine but service was so bad it made me angry, not because I was upset that I didn't get what I wanted, but because I physically couldn't comprehend how someone made it this far in life without any kind of intelligence. Ordered a double bacon cheese hamburger meal. It wasn't a double anything and the food was cold.

If I could rate this establishment a -5, I would. The kitchen area if filthy, worker dropped bacon on the floor, only two people working and third person is in the back doing who knows what. Long wait for someone to take your order, long wait to get your food, long line to order food. People waiting so long to make their order that they left. Apparently the drive through takes full priority. read more

Tasty CHEAP EATS! Went today, traveling through town wanting a snack. We stopped and we each bought three of the Happy Hour Special Double Cheeseburger Sliders for $1.25 each (2-5 p.m.). Just these and no side items. We had a small wait time and our order was brought to our table (nice touch for a fast food restaurant). The sliders were as we special ordered, no ketchup nor pickles; hot and fresh too boot! They were very good and juicy, but a little salty for my taste. I'll go back to a Hardee's for these requesting no added salt/seasoning. The buns were especially good. Three were very filling, having more meat than I expected for sliders. Every employee seemed to stay busy and engaged in their jobs except for one noticeable exception. The younger man we observed while dining in, whose demeanor showed he was obviously BORED, acted a bit curt, and quite frankly had that look of a young man that didn't want to be there was a let down in our experience. In my opinion, he needed to be sent outside to perhaps patrol the parking lot for trash, as there was a considerable amount of trash on the ground left behind by careless people that must be just plain disrespectful and who are simply just SLOBS that could care less! He probably does not have the demeanor to be a front line type, dealing with the public in a respectful manner or we just caught him on a very bad day which I suppose anyone could have. Otherwise, the inside of this establishment and the bathroom were clean. read more

This is the WORST fast food I've eaten in a long time! To begin with our order was wrong and it took 15 minutes to get our meal! The curly fries tasted like they had been sitting in someone's car for 6 months and then just got put back in the fryer to warm back up.. and the burgers were dry. Not going back.. read more

Stopped in to this location as we were passing through. We ordered 4 chicken strip meals and waited 30 minutes to get our food. As we sat there waiting for our food we watched other people get their food ahead of us. A restaurant like Hardee's is supposed to be a quick meal option and it was far from that. Absolutely the most ghetto Hardee's we have visited. 4 adult females working. Talking about personal problems for every one to hear. One was putting deodorant on right in plain site near food. I watched to make sure she didn't touch our food. The manager was texting on her cell phone sharing details of her ridiculous life. Then two stepped outside to smoke right outside the door only to come back in without washing their hands. Disgusting!!! read more

I love a good Hardee's ham and cheese, but am continually disappointed in this location. They are ALWAYS sooo s l o w! No matter which shift or day of the week, visits several weeks apart with different workers. This time, I waited 15 minutes for a standard ham and cheese with fries. Nothing added or removed. Nobody in the dining room and only one car ahead of us. Next time, we'll keep rolling along the interstate and find another option. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Hardee's. I usually go through the drive-thru, but I've never had a mistake with my order.

Stopped here in the off peak rush time so did understand when there was a short wait for the two cheeseburger's we ordered. Sandwiches were good and tasty. No issues with the food. Drive thru window help was another story. Person who was at the window had no personality at all. Mumbling and difficult to understand. Not so much as a hello, enjoy your meal or thank you come again. Is customer service even considered at this location? Will think twice about returning here in the future. read more
