I also highly recommend the sweet potato tots and honey mustard which is tangy and made with Dijon. But I wiggled my vehicle into a tight spot and went in for a burger and a beer. I believe there were about 10 to 12 options available on tap, and I went with what was listed as an Irish stout from somewhere in the Northeast. It wasn't bad, though it seemed more like an imperial stout. My sandwich choice was the Cowboy, with ground elk at its core. It was a good choice too, and the accompanying fried onions and melted cheese complemented the meat well. I ordered the burger medium, but I think I'd go for medium rare if I could go back in time. The medium option wasn't bad, but I think a little less heat and a little more moisture would only make things better. I kept things simple with the side item, going for the fries which were of the thinly sliced McDonald's variety, not bad but nothing remarkable. The server covering my table was pleasant and prompt, though soft spoken so I occasionally had to ask her to repeat herself amidst the music and noise. I wouldn't call any of these selections a bargain, but the prices didn't veer too far from what you'll find in many burger joints. All in all, not an earthshaking experience, but a place I'd be willing to go back to. 3.5 stars.

The outside area has TV's, lots do covered areas for shade, and even heaters for the cold months. Just a great vibe. The service was fantastic! Our server was amazing. Can't remember his name, but he has the Joker tattoo on his arm with lots of HA HA on it too! He was a gem and super friendly. He constantly checked on us and was such a nice guy. We ordered the grilled peach margarita (get this) and the top shelf marg which was also good (so good that we ordered 2 more). They also have a peanut butter jelly beer that we tried that was delicious. Well done drinks! We only ordered an app to snack on. Let me be clear about this... ORDER THIS!!! It was the Firecracker Pork Belly. Listen to me... this is dream worthy. This is magic. This is insanely good. Absolutely not enough words to describe how amazing this is and how much you have to get it. The pork belly itself is crunchy on the outside while also melting in your mouth. Then, the General Tso sauce served with it is perfection. There are scallions and a creamy sauce in the plate as well. You will question if it's okay to lick the plate. This place is great! Get there.

Most had burgers, one had nachos, another grilled chicken and my husband had the North Rail which was pork, brisket and wings. No complaints from anyone. The food was all delicious. Welcome to Struggletown. My whole family cringed as soon as we entered the restaurant. The screams…read moreof children echoed off the barren walls. We shouldered through to the single register but instead of waiting for a human we chose to use the self-order kiosk. The ordering process was fine until the end when the screen wouldn't accept payment and went blank. We weren't sure if the order went through or not so we had to wait in line at the single register to speak to the struggle bus driver. Fortunately the order did go through so we paid and shuffled into a corner to wait. Our next challenge was to keep our five year old from touching the glass of the happy meal toy display case. It was visibly smeared with shmeg from all the previous window lickers that had crammed into the tarrying corner. From this vantage point we had a clear view of the filthy kitchen. Scraps of lettuce and stomped fries jockeyed for position amongst scattered pallets and fumbled sesame seed buns. After 15 minutes our food appeared but straws and napkins were absent. I made a lap around the restaurant hoping to grab some on the way out the door but there weren't any. Everything is kept on lockdown behind the single register and handed out at the discretion of Miss Strugglebus. Finally back in the car, a second inventory revealed missing kids fries and cookies. Reluctantly, I dove headfirst back into the chaos for another visit with Senorita Strugglebus. Simply put, this McDonalds is struggling harder than any I've seen before. One star is appropriate because the staff were hustling. Props to them for doing their best despite the grim working conditions. The problems here run much deeper than management and staffing. A suitable solution would be razing it to the ground.

We went all out with appetizers and main courses, and everything was excellent. For starters, my husband ordered the buffalo chicken bites and I got the fried pickles. Both were perfectly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The burgers were the absolute highlight. I ordered the "Bacon Crunch" style Juicy Lucy, which came stuffed with cheese and topped with bacon jam, pickles, crisp bacon slices, and potato chips for a perfect crunch. My husband went for the "Lucy Loco" burger, which came loaded with jalapeños. Both burgers had incredible flavor, were an ample size, and hit the spot perfectly. The sides were just as impressive. I had the sweet potato fries, and my husband ordered the fried green beans--which were uniquely delicious and really well done. To top it all off, our server, Carla, was very nice and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. Juicy Lucy's is a must-visit, and I will definitely be stopping by again on my next trip to Asheville!

We ordered an appetizer that came out the same time as our food. That was the second indication that this was not the best. Then I found a hair in the fried pickles I was eating. I just sat it down and started on my steak. I ordered a ribeye medium. The steak ended up being cooked in evenly. Half was well done and the other half was rare. The steak was a cheap cut and mostly fat and gristle. The fries were cold too. We were sat near a family with inattentive parents with three kids, making the entire experience just that little bit extra. The waitress stoped by once about two minutes after all the food and apps came out and then one last time to give the check. So if you enjoy poor hygiene, a slow paced staff, bad food, and atmosphere that will make your blood boil, then Juicy Lucy's may be the perfect spot for you. However, if you have any standards, I'd suggest going elsewhere. Sincerely, I hope your team improves but I will not return to find out. The only positive was the one beer I tried was decent.
