.The pandemic has changed everything. Hardee's appears to be open till 10 PM every night. Disappointing, but not surprising. And this is not Hardees fault. This is the pandemic ,nobody wants to work anymore.So, none of these places that used to be open at night are open anymore, they're all closed usually at midnight or sooner. Blame that on the pandemic, not the places that you're trying to get into. For me? It's tough when you come to another area, and you're working overnights, and you have a night off. Drive thru is glacially slow, taking up to 5 minutes per vehicle. Waited over 20 minutes before I could even order! My order was 100% incorrect today. Hash rounds were completely missing and the sausage & egg biscuits were made with cheese and I am lactose intolerant. Sausage & egg biscuits do not have cheese on them! They will only help correct a wrong order using the drive thru. But that's a huge issue when the drive thru is wrapped around the building. They also will not answer the phone if you try to call them. Avoid this location at all costs! I ended up going to the McDonalds on Welcome Way which got my simple order correct in less than 4 minutes. read more

I wish I would've gotten their names but top notch service from the two drive thru attendants tonight. Went above and beyond when I wanted some curly fries on a meal that they normally can't do curly fries on. Above and beyond great service and made me feel important and valued as a customer even at 130 in the morning! We are on a long road trip with our family. We stopped in for a break / snack. Our special needs daughter had a melt down. The shift manager went out of his way to be kind to us. All the staff members were polite. 4/12 around 6pm. Please see that this manager is thanked. read more

My brother and I stopped by there on our way back to Chicago, it's very clean place, friendly workers, and clean restrooms. I hadn't had Hardee's/Carl's Jr for several years, so I totally enjoyed this new burger. I'd definitely stop by again. read more

I work either 2nd or 3rd shift, so I've stopping here frequently, as it's directly next to my appt bldg... however, no more! 3-4/5 times, my order is COMPLETELY WRONG!! For instance, tonight; I ordered a #16(includes cookie) did not receive, nothing unusual there, drink was wrong one, ordered a cheeseburger w/no pickles or mustard, received a burger with NO cheese and ONLY pickles and mustard... everything that could be incorrect abt the order is, as usual, completely incorrect or backwards! Drive through, why do I do this to myself? Ordered a big chicken sandwich with no mayo and curly fries. Gal said comes with free apple pie with a combo. Sweet, got the combo and on my way. Opened bag and no curly fries....no way! Turned around and went inside asked for my fries got my curly fries. Went to car and opened my samich to have lunch and sandwich was slathered in mayonaise. One night after many good times coming there the food was really good. Except there was this one time at night I don't know if the night crew is lazy or what the problem was but the food was terrible. We had soggy lettuce the fries were cold it was disgusting I could eat it. But before it went straight to the garbage I was not happy about wasting my $18 so my husband called and talked to manager about our food that we just wasted money on because it was trash. So the manager said sorry and did he want to come up there my husband said No!!! because the first time he went up there no one answered the drive thru it was like they were closed. And the second time he waited 20 minutes for something we couldn't eat. So the manager said we will send you a gift card took our address down like it was going to happen so they can redeem themselves but No!!!! It been months and Nothing and we have not been back since. And I know we all have bad days we are human but they had a chance to make it right and didn't. read more

I am not big on fast food so it has been a minute since I last had a Hardees burger. On the way back from a long road trip I stopped at Hardees so my wife could pee. While there we decided to kill two birds with one stone and ordered lunch. I had a Cheeseburger with a new to me menu item called Toothpicks consisting of fried potatoes and jalapeno sticks. My wife ordered the same. Our food arrived minutes later and to our surprise both included a cookie. We both thought the burgers were outstanding but the toothpicks, although good, failed to deliver on the fried jalapeno sticks. They tasted bland with zero resemblance of jalapeno that we were expecting. Cookie wasn't bad either and was a nice touch! read more

My relatives and I stopped here for lunch on the way to my aunt's funeral. We were going to take my sister's kids to Country Kitchen, but discovered it had closed (there are only a few left in Iowa). Came here thinking that Hardee's and Carl's Jr were the same (I'm from a suburb of LOs Angeles here on business). I ordered the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger and only Brett the Manager knew what that was. But the best part was he made it happen for me on the fly when he could have just as easily say we don't do that. I am very impressed with the level of customer service here.
