Our biscuits were falling apart and the bacon wasn't crispy as requested. Johne took them, replaced them with fresh, wonderfully made ones, with a smile and apologies. Fast, friendly drive thru service. I'm currently avoiding certain carbs but hubs and the little man were looking for bacon and biscuits so we ended up here. Oh, the things we do for love. The friendly drive thru lady said they had fried eggs or, "folded" eggs. Excuse my ignorance but I am not familiar with "folded" eggs. I was looking for fluffy, scrambled, but since the "folded" eggs seemed a bit sus to me, I opted for a double order of fried eggs. They were completely edible. In a pinch, with no other options, I would definitely order these again. Hubs and the little man chose candied bacon and egg biscuits which they gobbled right up. Hardee's offers bacon as "candied," as if bacon alone weren't enough to lure one looking for bacon. Maybe "candied" is more to entice those on the fence. Or kids. Little man can now read "candied" on a menu and that's a no-brainer as far as he is concerned. Candied? Sure, load me up! read more

Stopped in to grab a couple of biscuits for a roadtrip breakfast. First time in a long time I've stopped in and it will be a good long time before I get back. The service was slow and the single employee at the register let everyone know she was unhappy. The biscuits were mediocre. Dry and crumbly. The sausage on the one biscuit was very salty, but the seasoning was decent. The bacon biscuit wasn't the best, either. The bacon had little flavor and was tough. All in all a disappointment, despite Fortune Feimster's recommendations. read more

Food was pretty good. The service was nice, employee at window was professional when forgetting an item for my order. Ambiance was very lonely I will say when going inside. Be careful going around the drive thru as it is a very narrow spot. It is slightly hidden by trees but fairly easy to get out of. Sadly though, this place is short staffed and some management doesn't seem to be the best. 4/5 Stars because while very spacious I do believe the space around the outside needs some renovation. This place got a lot of hate, but I had a fine time. It didn't seem any different from any other Hardee's I've been to, as far as the interior, food and customer service are concerned, which is all I care about, unless there is some crazy stuff going on outside, like violent crime or a tidal wave of hepatitis. My cashier was nice and engaged me in light conversation. They brought my order out to my table. The only criticism I had was minor, and that was the hash rounds weren't perfect temperature, but they were warm and still crispy, so you can't really complain about being a spoiled princess. My chicken biscuit was perfect temperature though and tasted great. Inside didn't look any better or worse than other Hardee's. There was a large group of family and friends who seemed to be having a good time with their meal. Nobody seemed out of sorts and nothing looked amiss. read more

Brief stop b4 getting back on road...the previous reviews were scary, but I have fond memories of breakfasts at Hardees when I was younger. I ordered from the drive thru. They need to re-pave badly. I only ordered the 1/3 lb mushroom swiss burger. It was huge, juicy and got me all the way to Richmond, VA. So I was happy. The young man at the drive thru was very pleasant and charming. When I come back down, I will go inside and take a look to see if the interior has improved. For the nonce, I only gave them 3 stars due to the maneuvering I had to do in the drive thru. The employee at the window handed the drinks out with attitude you could clearly tell she didn't want to be there. My food took literally 15 min after she told me to pull down even though there were no cars behind me. It makes me not want to choose this location again. I was very polite and smiled at the worker at the drive thru as I always do. The employee at the drive thru slammed the window and I heard her say, "mother f------". When I asked her how she was doing today, she said she would rather be asleep. I smelled a great big whiff of something that smelled like marijuana coming from the restaurant. I pulled up at 1pm to order for my family. It was a fairly large order but I warned them before ordering and there was nobody else in the drive-through or the parking lot. When I told her it was going to be a fairly large order she told me hold on a minute with no other explanation and I sat there for a full minute and a half. She finally came back to take my order and in the middle of the order several times she told me hold on very rudely and also said OMG out loud like she was annoyed when I continued ordering more stuff. When I pulled up to the window she told me my total $49.01 and I was ready to hand it to her and she took my $50 bill as I was trying to ask if she could take a 50, and I had to yell at her and grab the window to hand her my penny. She did give me my dollar change and my receipt but never spoke a word and every time she opened the window she very quickly closed it so that I could not speak to her. They slammed my drinks into the drink holder very loudly in the window as I was waiting and then quickly handed them to me and closed the window again. They also handed me my food and before I could turn back to ask if that was everything shut the window and walked away. I actually had to sit at the window until somebody came back close enough that I could ask if that was all and then she just nodded at me through the window and waved me on. I can understand being short staffed, but there's no call for being rude. I have not checked to see if I have all of my food or if it is correct, but I will no return to this Hardee's and would recommend you avoid it as well. read more

I arrived at Hardee's and placed my order for chicken strips at the window at 12:11. I made it to the drive up window at 12:23 and was told they still needed to cook my strips. I paid and waited until 12:28 and left with out my food. They had 17 minutes to make my lunch and still failed to do it. Very pissed and now I am down $6.37. Will never go to this place again.
