Even when I finally receive my order, it's often wrong, with items missing or cold. Don't bother with curbside pickup because they're unwilling to walk it out to you. You'll end up sitting there for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come and get your food. They seem to follow the McDonald method of "I don't want to make a milkshake for you," so there's always an "issue" with the machine. If the machine does work, they'll give you the milkshake but make you wait so you can deliver it home by the time you can bring it back. And when you're waiting in line and forget you moved forward, they'll use the excuse "it's being made" without checking after multiple cars behind you got their food. You ordered 20 minutes before them! I'll definitely be going to another location in the opposite direction. At least there, they'll be polite and make sure I get what I ordered.

Bear in mind there was only one other person in there in front of me. When I got my food, my hamburger was cold and my fries were not far behind that. I should've gone back and asked for a new hamburger, but I was so disgusted by the ignorance and lack of training of the staff that I just wanted to eat something and leave the restaurant. The restaurant itself was very very clean and as I said before, obviously very new. I stopped at the bathroom before I left. But for a new building and a bathroom that looked clean, the whole bathroom smelled like urine. I also have to say they added pickles to a hamburger that wasn't supposed to have pickles and I had to take them off before I ate my cold hamburger. I have eaten that several other Whataburger in different towns and had a good experience. This Whataburger in Griffin, Georgia, clearly has bad training and bad management and it is just opened.
