I got quotes from several places around town. Hollywood 3D Printing, for example, quoted me 3 times the price I got from There You Have It and didn't seem too interested in getting it done; maybe they want to stick to studio work. Everyone at There You Have It were extremely nice, responded emails in a timely manner and actually picked up the phone (!!!) the couple of times I had to call them. Exceptional customer service, the print came out better than I expected and the finish is stellar, completely smooth and the level of detail is out of this world. I literally cannot tell, except for the weight, that my statue is not white marble. Best of all, my order was finished less than 24h after payment and they were kind enough to work with me when I sent a courier to pick it up. I will definitely come back and will refer them to all my friends and clients. This is how you do business, LA!

All put in the wrong places. All at the same place. Not organized nor prioritized. Store is very big. Didn't get a nice welcome from anyone. Earlier yesterday when I called, the guy that I talked to was very curt, dry and barely let me speak. I wanted to know if they sold a black color leotard, and elastic black color pants with some sequins on them that shine bright like diamonds. He said yes, we do. So when I walked in this morning, I was basically on my own. Tried looking for both-- the leotard and the pants. What he didn't tell me is that they had tiny, small leotards for kids. In light blue and pink. I asked someone and he walked away. Every now and then I like to dress up for Halloween and I have a Yelp event coming up soon; and they want us to look as dramatic, spooky as possible. So looking fwd. to it. So I ended up buying a UHU Glue Stick, a pair of round gray earrings, and a cute mask like I am going to a mascquerade or a ballroom event. I also got a nice black wig, with a clip-on comb. Prices are crazy, service is not very helpful nor friendly. They have a parking in the back and on the street. This is a year round store that sells: wigs, costumes, make up for every occasion. They have their sister store one block down that sells: books, toys, props, some art-crafts and gifts. I don't think I will be visiting either one of their stores again. Plenty of other stores that sell almost the same things--if not better with more affordable prices. Good for nothing. I don't know what kind of business do they do, being open year round.
