We are fortunate to be social members of this fine club and today, I played golf at Harborside…read more There are 3 nine hole courses, each with its own personality but one consistent trait is the courses are manicured, the greens consistent and bunkers are raked like the PGA tour. If you ever get the opportunity to play here do NOT pass it up. It's special

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid!! My husband and I booked this place for our honeymoon. The…read moreview is about the only thing that's good and why they charge so much. We got a king beach view room. Room needed to be updated BAD. They had set up a nice plate of cookies and chocolates for our honeymoon but the writing said happy anniversary. Not a huge deal we were happy they at least did something, champagne they gave us was nice. The room had a closet with a giant air conditioning unit inside of it that was constantly turning on and off and that's all you can hear. It was close enough to the bed that I wasn't gonna be able to sleep because of how loud it was. One of the lamps in the room didnt work, including an outlet. I understand things happen or fail, but when you're paying this amount of money to stay in a hotel like this, I expected better. What was the worst was when we went down to the pool. It was extremely crowded and there were TONS of kids. That being said nobody was controlling their kids at all. A group of children were kicking around a soccer ball aggressively and almost hit me and my husband multiple times. The kids were jumping up on the pool loungers and over the small tables in between that had full drinks on them. The staff watched and did not do a damn thing, some of the parents joined in and were kicking the ball as well thinking it was funny. It was an extreme liability not only for other people, but children running around a busy, wet pool deck is not something that should be happening. Other people were being blocked in and unable to walk to the beach access because these children were kicking this ball around and it was hitting multiple people. Everybody looked extremely irritated. The parents did not try to stop the kids from doing so and ended up hitting a woman in the head with the ball. After that, we tried to make it a place that we want to stay, but we ended up going to the front desk explaining how we felt and decided it was best we pack our stuff up and leave. We spent a total of maybe 3 hours at the resort. We found another resort down the road that was able to take us in such short notice. We still lost part of our deposit which sucked, even what they took wasnt worth the time we spent there. We understand that other people are staying there and we don't usually mind children if they're respectful and not acting like animals. But what was most aggravating was that the staff did nothing and also the parents. It put a huge dent into our evening. Will never go back.

Finding a story within every experience is my desire and using the characters I encounter to serve up some verbal animated fun. Let's start with Milt, the Florida Fast Times at Ridgemont High wanna be with a wig-ish looking sun beaten off dirty white Joe Dirt mullet. Not sure what was more disturbing to me, his teeth or the poorly phrased words that tumbled from behind those broken scummy chicklets. Didn't tell me anything about anything, where's the starter, are we early or on time, will the weather hold off? All of which I asked about, but at least I can now walk away from that busted grill and get on with my golf. Then a quick stop in the men's room and the stenches hit me like a ton of poopy bricks and as I spun for the exit holding my breath, I caught glimpses of a bathroom that's not been attended to in days. Cart guy looked so life beaten he could barely lift his chin to notice the $5.00 I tipped him for nothing other than the fact that his tip jar had only enough pennies to almost cover the plastic bottom. Poor guy in more ways than one, I felt terribly for him, not for Milton. The course is short with the one handicap hole being somewhat interesting with a quick turn right to a circular shallow green. The rest of the course was damp and chewed up on the fairways and around the greens with clumps of no grassy spots. Lift, Clean and Place was in play with so much constant muck on my ball and not a rain shower in days. So if your going to play here, just avoid all employees as best as you can and look at it as a day if practice if you get a good deal as I did on GolfNow. It's not the place to get excited about, the bunkers were in decent shape.

Staff and marshal were uninviting and quite rude, far too rude for the embarrasing course…read more(especially the price) with broken bathrooms and next to a stinky water treatment plant.

The ambiance is super cute with the string lights, tropical landscaping, and a relaxed island vibe that makes it enjoyable, especially in the evening. Everything felt clean and well taken care of, which I always appreciate. The course itself is simple but fun, with just enough challenge to keep things interesting without being frustrating. It's a smaller, more compact course, but that actually makes it perfect for a casual game whether you're on a date night or with family. Service was friendly and smooth, and the whole experience felt easygoing from start to finish. The drop-head ball game at the end was such a fun little bonus and a great way to wrap everything up. As a mom, I'd definitely bring my kids here it's safe, well-maintained, and fun for all ages. Overall, a cute, laid-back spot that's perfect for a quick and memorable activity in Anna Maria. We're taking the kids tonight!
