Lely was $165. After 11 am. on golf now and free range balls, free water bottles and amazing condition at Mustang. Note- I will advise tomorrow on Stoney Brook...better be amazing at this price. Lots of great public courses (Arrowhead $150.; Spanish Wells $140.; Valencia $130.; Lely $165; panther Run $130....just saying)

It was almost pathetic. The AC was teetering on and off, the bathroom water was either burning or cold and the plumbing itself had some issues. While it wasn't the most expensive hotel /resort for the price that we paid it was really lacking. I'd stay at the St Regis next go around.

There is also a pro-shop with Bobby Jones gear. Tees. There are plans to tie the nature trail into 17th Street Park and the Legacy Trail. A wildflower area would be wonderful. Every single person we engaged with was extremely nice and helpful. From the greeters by the parking lot, to the pro shop, the starter, cart beverage employee, the second set of lot greeters when we finished our round, and everyone else there was super friendly. They are now charging me $50.00 for beer on the golf course in Sept 2025. The funny thing is, I don't golf and have never been on the course, they could check that but they don't. Instead they make policies to whatever fits for admin and screws the owners, the people who pay them. They also make policy changes against owners who rent out their units. The golf fee went from like $19 to $129 or something crazy and the fee for moving in to add you name etc which is usually like $100.00 for communities, it's now over $600 freaking dollars. Bastards!!!
