Would add 0 stars if possible. They have multiple drivers/operators that ruin it for the good ones. No professionalism. Complaints directly to the company will not be responded to & the negligent operators/drivers are left to continue practicing unprofessional & disrespectful behavior. Make sure to wear your worst outfits because some drivers will profile you & try to drastically up charge you if you look the least bit put together, had I not been a regular rider I would not have thought twice. Be prepared to be hung up on, left on the side of the road in the rain, vulgarly spoken to, or involuntarily put into a "ride-share" where you're squeezed in the back with a stranger after having waited outside 45mins after the scheduled time but have no choice because you're given the ultimatum to either ride or "call a f***ing Uber" because some drivers don't know how to be accountable for their mistakes & take it out on the rider simply because "they're calling for the ride" so that means we can be treated any way they deem appropriate although no other establishment would allow this disrespectful & unprofessional behavior. read more

Rates are not transparent. We didn't find out until we got to our home that a 1 mile ride was $17, with a $2 fee to use a card. The car itself reeked heavily of cigarettes, and the driver rolled up the window that I had open so I could breathe. Will for sure be using City Cab from now on. Driver was polite, though. The operator hung up on me when I attempted to confirm pick up address. Very nasty. Also their policy is you must wait outside in the heat for you ride. It can be very difficult for elderly persons to do so. They need to work on customer service an not hang up on people. Zero rating. read more

Recommend training on legal ways to drive, and also if you don't, drug testing your drivers. I get taxi services need communication, but to have a driver playing on their phone, texting, holding it while driving is not okay. Driver could not maintain his speed almost ran into a couple cars and could not maintain his lane and being extremely jumpy in the car while driving. If your driver is a 50's or 60's white guy with a trimmed beard don't ride with him!! He doesn't know what speed limits and stoplights are for. He scared the drap outta me even when I kept telling him to slow down. I won't be using Harborside again. read more

What has happened with Harborside. driver too busy to take directions from the customer on the directions to the place they want to go, instead continue to play with GPS that sends them the wrong direction and almost misses the turns that need to be taken to get the person to where they want to safely. Smoking, drinking a beverage, on the radio, doing whatever with GPS all while it's raining. where's the safety, rider not being able to see meter. $40 for 6.5 mile trip. Safety was not a part of this trip. Harborside has gone down hill. Probably see that since no postings on facebook since 2017. read more

i needed a ride from hospital to bainbridge and it was dark and raining. the driver was speeding and texting and if not teting then was on his drivers phone and at one poiint ordered a pizza i felt like i would have been safer to have a teenager drive me home as i clearly thought i might die as he was speeding and totally not caring about me or anyone on the road. i will never take this taxi again read more

Wow. Tried to flag down a taxi today and it was a Harborside taxi. I asked the driver how much to Winco from Safeway on callow (maybe 4 miles up the road). He said $20 buck. You must think people are stupid. Ended up getting another taxi service. It cost me a 10 minute wait and $8. I have a feeling he was going to another pickup and was trying to over charge me for a quick drop off along the way. Not me buddy! read more

They took us to and from SeaTac and very happy with the service and the driver. Picked us up at 4:45 AM and less than one hour to get there. Pick up at SeaTac very late and again no problem. It's a bargain and we recommend them. read more

Got passed in a double yellow after being tailed gated and had lights flashed at me at midnight, because I wouldn't go more than 5 over the speed limit. The man driving was insane and wasn't taking anyone's life into consideration. I will make sure I tell every single person needing a taxi to stay away from this company. Our taxi was very prompt arriving to pick us up. He was very polite. He was a horrible driver. We took the taxi to the airport--an hour drive. We literally feared for our lives twice. He swerved into other lanes or onto the shoulder, almost sideswiped two different cars, answered one phone call and one text while driving, and continually was on and off the gas pedal so we were rocking the entire drive. We were pretty sea sick by the time we got to the airport. read more

I love all the drivers, Craig is my favorite! Unfortunately, whenever my driver is this particular guy who is one of the owners, the service is not great. Most of the time he arrives late even when I schedule the day before. He is constantly on his phone- which wouldn't be a problem if he didn't stop or swerve every thirty seconds. Would love for the owners to set an example for their employees, but it is more like the other way around. read more

I would stay away from this taxi company! I have never seen such a dangerous driving taxi cab!! I witnessed this taxi driver push another car who was trying to merge (zipper) and he would not let this car in. He sped up and cut the car off and then slammed his breaks! Then this horrible driver drove ridiculously slow all the way to the next light. There was a long line of cars behind him. What a way to advertise for your company! I called 911 to report this dangerous driver. They recommended everyone should call in these dangerous drivers. They've got the company's name. Unfortunately I couldn't see the license plate from where I was. Seriously everyone who sees these drivers drive dangerously, call 911!!! I have asked nicely, several times. Called them, sent a letter and an email with one simple request: slow those drivers down. And forbid them to drive and text. I hope it never happens but it would be so easy for a car, or taxi, speeding down Park Street to strike a child coming from between parked cars, crossing from Evergreen Park to get an ice cream cone. One more time, please slow your drivers on our residential streets. Especially around Evergreen Park -- all parks and school zones. Read the other Yelp reports. Disclaimer: I promised myself to try to always Yelp something positive or nothing at all. Sadly, this is the an exception. I pick up my dad from the Bremerton ferry terminal every evening. As I pulled up second st from the marina, the Harborside driver made an illegal left turn out of the Hampton driveway, cut me off, nearly hit my car, and flipped me off. Then, in his haste to speed up Washington on a snowy day, nearly rear ended another car. If you're going to drive live an idiot, don't do it with signage all over a taxi. read more

8/9/22 Taxi driving westbound in fast lane blocking all traffic from passing by keeping next to car in slow lane. Driver would slow down to 54 mph and then speed up to 70 mph. I observed lots of road rage toward this vehicle and would be scared to be riding inside it. I took picture of this taxi from the back and wrote down company name and phone number off this vehicle. I phoned the company and a rude man said I have no proof and anything and he has no way of knowing who was driving to reprimand anyone and as far as he was concerned that was not his vehicle. He then hung up on me and wouldn't accept my return phone calls. I did text him my picture of this taxi I took that day. I would never get in a Harborside Taxi. They don't care about your safety, thoughts, opinion or satisfaction. read more

I usually don't have a problem with this taxi service when we use it but today as I was driving behind one I noticed that he for one wasn't using his blinkers to signal lane changes which usually I can get over but to top it off he tossed a lit cigarette out of his window when wild fire season is getting ready to start! read more

We used Harborside Taxi to get from my parents house in Bremerton to SeaTac airport on September 6th. It was an AWFUL experience. DO NOT USE THEM. The driver acted very strange - extremely twitchy, fidgeting in his seat constantly, high energy/talkative, swerving all over the road, speeding 10-15mph over the speed limit. He even pulled over on the interstate to pee on the side of the road! On the website it says the ride would cost a flat fee of $85. When we got to the airport, the driver charged us $111!! I confronted him that the website and person we confirmed the ride with said $85. He immediately became AGGRESSIVE, got in my face and said "well this is the price today!" I've contacted the owner several times after the ride. He agreed that the driver Paul had been acting odd and twitchy lately, even said Paul needed to be cleared medically to continue working... The owner has not seemed interested in correcting or compensating for this absolutely miserable experience. He keeps telling me that he has to talk to Paul about it. I needed a ride in the middle of the night, and Harborside was the only taxi service I could find. Highly recommended!

Driver arrived at our house after picking up family member at airport and said his card reader wasn't functioning so we had to pay in cash! Fortunately we were able to scrape it together but before we realized we had it he said we could go to an ATM! This was very late at night and we weren't close to an ATM. We called for a taxi and was told 15 minutes, tops. We just got off a cruise and we're tired with a lot of luggage. Half an hour later, we called 4 times and couldn't get a person but his mailbox was full so that was helpful. When he did answer on the 5th call, we cancelled and called family to pick us up. I've used this service more than occasionally, and find them to be prompt, clean cars and truthful as to times of p/u and traffic in the area (ships / personnel affecting scheduling). They do their best to get where you're going in the time allowed. I've had none of the problems of other reviews. read more

Worst taxi service ever. I was riding with them from Port Orchard to Bremerton, and the idiotic taxi driver didn't charge his phone, and therefore was unable to allow me to swipe my card. I asked him if he could just bring me to an ATM down the road, or we could wait until his phone charges, and he just told me to "get out of the car" in an extremely rude tone. It's as if he was pissed because I didn't carry cash on me. I got out, though, because it was a free $20 ride for me. But he really needs to have a better attitude, especially when he was the one unprepared. read more

Drivers always say 15 minutes and are never on time. It doesn't help that all their drivers are sketchy.

Harborside Taxi is fantastic! On time! Clean cars friendly drivers! Kenny has driven me several times. Highly recommend them!
