Prompt arrival. Clean vehicle. Good conversation. I live in an odd place that a lot of gps's have trouble finding, so I have to go down to the street where it says my house is. Not very fun when it's freezing out. Thankfully, I wasn't out there long at all. It was dark when I took the cab, but I didn't notice any hygiene or cleanliness issues as other reviewers have mentioned. read more

Another reason I won't take cabs in KitSap County. After picking my sons up Downtown Bremerton, and started pulling out behind the white mini van when this clown came around the corner and cut me off. Even with my truck halfway in the lane. Never ever use this Cab company. I know I won't be. read more

I wish I could give this service zero stars. A driver in a red van pulled out in front of me and pedestrians near the ferry terminal and blocked my car. Then he began waving his hands furiously at me and wouldn't move. Not surprised about all these bad reviews. When I called to make a complaint the dispatcher argued back at me. Maybe they need to take a defensive driving course again. Clearly they're on the offense read more

What thieves makes up prices as the go...gonna report this to the BBB As the other day I got a ride for $4 This unbathed individual tells me 6$ Dude I can get an Uber a way nicer car more professional driver who doesn't smell like he shat himself for about 6$ read more

I had a silver van, his name was Chris. He was awesome, funny and kind. I wouldn't of been able to make it home if it wasn't for his kindness. He was awesome with a conversation. We talked the whole ride there, it was great I really enjoyed it, a lot of people are bashing on this cab company, with my experience it was fantastic. He was kind, right after calling he got there in 3 minutes, it was late at night about midnight. He saved the day!! People say the car stinks but it didn't stink. It was actually really clean!! Thanks again Chris for getting me home safely and on time. Definitely suggest this company but if Chris is available ask for him, he made my day!! read more

Prompt arrival, friendly drivers, decent prices. Great cab service, I would recommend them.

I've used this service twice and never again. The first time there was a really bad body odor as soon as you open the door. He charged us $8 for 2 miles with no traffic, then became pissy when i tried to pay with card. Tried to claim it was cash only at first until I told him it was a card or he wasn't getting paid. Don't fall for that, they have to accept card. The second time the guy driving the van stopped in the middle of a busy intersection to yell at some random car the driver had cut off. This guy is completely unprofessional and i would not recommend unless you have no other choice. There are other cabbies in the area that are much nicer for better prices, and you won't be assulted with the smell. read more

The guy driving last night had the most severe case of road rage I have ever witnessed!!! He was swearing and yelling at a woman parked on the side of a very deserted street. He just kept yelling at her that she was taking up the road (whichhe definitely was not), and giving her the finger. He was aggressive to the point of abusive. She tried to leave and he boxed her in almost causing an accident. She stopped short and he did to and started in again with the cursinng and finger. She asked him to let her go and he stared to and then blocked her again. It was insane. NEVER WOULD I USE THEM!!!!! read more

I have been using this taxi off and on for about 1 year. I get picked up on time. You can plan ahead to be picked up and is early. The drivers are polite, and joke with you, and if you don't feel like talking, they'll let you be. Charges by the mile or flat rate depending on what you're doing and where you're going. The vans are clean. read more

The cars all smell like vomit and they are over priced. Also the dude needs to learn traffic laws. If someone is already turning but has to stop because of a pedestrian, you need to not cut them off. Even if they had a stop sign and you dont. You were going way to fast and didn't even check to see if someone was already in the intersection. Slow down and yield to cars and pedestrians. read more

Worse case of body odor, smells like the dead rat died in his car. No manners, no self~ respect, and always angry and yelling at customers, Over hearing a friend tell me that he doesn't keep his hands to himself when he is around young women. I will never call or use his service again. read more

The cab driver tried to run us down on the street then chased us through the ferry terminal driving the wrong way screaming obscenities. Clearly this company needs to do some background checks and some anger management with their staff. I wouldn't ride in this cab. Your life may depend upon that. read more

One of your cars cut us off, cut others off, speeding, weeving in and out of traffic a serious hazard on the road. Called the number and informed the company and told them I would leave this here. I would never use or recommend them based on this experience and the other reviews. read more

So by far the worst unprofessional cab drivers ever don't ride with them where I work at they like to park up here for some times 2 hours doing nothing Iv seen people walk past them to other cab companies read more

There was some definite BO, but I did like his sweet Zoobaz hat. $35 to get from Bremerton to Silverdale--is that normal? I don't take cabs much, but I liked this guy's company while taking me to the doctor. read more

The drivers cry all the time that they are being singled out by the other cab companies. If they didn't smell so bad and cussed and scream less at people they may be a good company, but that would take new ownership. read more

My 7 year old grand-daughter was in the back seat of my SUV when this short, bald, overweight man with a white mustache, wearing a red wife beater, got out from behind the wheel of a Jess Express Taxi. He came rushing up to the window of my SUV in a threatening manner, screaming obscenities and flipping us off. We immediately locked our doors. We weren't sure what his intentions were, but his behavior was irrational and there is no way of knowing if someone has mental issues or are using drugs. Wasn't sure if he was going to try and break the window? This happened at the MidTown Market on 6th street in Bremerton. I definitely will NEVER use this cab service and will make sure our families, friends and neighbors know of our experience with the driver of this cab. Use caution if you have this man as your cab driver read more

Scariest taxi ride ever! He kept weaving in and out of traffic and almost hit another car beside us. Wow. And don't even get me started about speeding. Never again. read more

I almost went to jail because of this taxi service. I left the house with what I thought was enough money to pay for a taxi, so I called. The man was quite...strange, I guess the word is, and kept badmouthing women as we conversated. I decided that I should keep my mouth shut. We got close to destination and I attempted to check my balance on my phone, which was not loading. I asked where an ATM was, and he told me of several. I thanked him and figured he could allow me to check, but he drove past and stopped at destination. I was relieved that he could swipe my card, but it declined. I kid you not, the words out of his mouth were "aaaand its declined, which means you have no funds in your account but you knew that already didn't you?" I tried to tell him that I didn't because I had checked the balance before I left, and he gave sarcastic remarks like "right. yeah." I told him "with all due respect please don't assume, let me call someone who can help". He said "oh I'm not assuming" and allowed me my call. My friend had no money to help me out with and apparently he heard this, because he started dialing the fucking police while I was on the phone, but not before throwing his clipboard and yelling at me. I tried to get him to calm down but he told me to "get the fuck out of (his) cab". I happily oblidged. He gave full description of me to the officer on the line and claimed I had set it up to rip him off, insisting on theft of services. I called my husband, quite sure I was going to jail due to this being the first time I have EVER not paid someone for service, and the guy drove to park to wait for the cops. I waited too, until a kind woman showed up and asked me if I was ok. She paid my fare for me despite my insistence that she not worry about it, only to find he jacked up the price for "having to wait and missing out on rides". $20 and nearly went to jail. Never riding any taxi after this. read more

Our taxi was 1 hour late (even though I called 5 hours ahead of time for a pickup), they claimed that they didn't remember I called. I tried to get another taxi but the wait times were long than what was quoted to us by this taxi company and they didn't show up at the next designated time and made me late to catch the needed ferry time had to wait 2 hours for the next ferry. The guy that picked us up drove like a bat out of hell. Nearly got into 5 accidents on the way to the ferry. He did give us a percentage off on the fare. read more
