We caught up on where he came from, where his kids live, where he's owned pizza shops and have lived since moving from Greece. Fascinating guy and I'd love to come back and give him some more business but I don't make it out to Maine very often. As for the pizza, it's an odd combination of Greek/New York/Neapolitan styles but ultimately was pretty delicious. People of Maine, appreciate this gem and give this man your business. Stop by and don't be afraid to pause, leave your phone in the car, have a genuine conversation, and really appreciate a place whose blueprint is going to be obsolete in maybe less than ten years.
