The scheduling department never gave us a straight answer on when anything was going to be done nor did they let us know that they couldn't get the colors we requested until after they started demoing. The crew they happened to send over not only were drink alcohol on site, but they also broke my neighbors window. The crew also did nothing to help temporarily repair it or fully fix the window, so I had to. This company happens to be filled with the most unprofessional people I've ever met and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I hired Legacy on the recommendation of a relative who works in the building trades. Had I seen these reviews, I would not have. After contracting with them I can only say that they are by far the worst company I have ever worked with. The project was installing two doors, and three keyless locks and two kitchen windows. The work was to be completed soon after the two weeks they promised the windows would take, and all within one day. Six weeks and the better part of three days later the work was completed. The only thing that saved the day was Jeff, the onsite project manager. He had to fix everything the two inexperienced and incompetent installers did. They were supposed to start on Tuesday 5/30 at 8 am. I called at 9:30 because they had not arrived or called me, and was told they ran into some trouble on another job. I doubt that they would have told me had I not called. They arrived at 2 pm and quit at 4:30 pm, having finished nothing. They did not have both doors and the one they did bring was damaged so it took another day to find two acceptable doors, even thought they said they would reserve doors and locks the day I gave them the deposit. The doors they did install were dirty as were the windows. The work was done in two apartments in a duplex that I own. I have had bathrooms remodeled, new water heaters, new floors, new washers and dryers, new refrigerators, an upright freezer and furniture delivered and installed. None of this was ever brought into my home dirty. They did not even take the stickers off the doors and windows and clean off the goop. Jeff had to comeback Wednesday and Thursday to FIX EVERYTHING from the inside trim to the exterior caulking, paint the exterior trim, and clean everything. I politely asked for a discount for all the delays and problems with the project and was declined. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

They also put in alot of cabinets that were damaged in our kitchen still not resolved. Very very bad customer service.
