Okay, so I popped into Harbor Freight today looking for a specific something, and honestly, I didn't end up getting what I needed. BUT, I still wanted to leave a review because Jason (I think he's the manager?) was seriously awesome. Hello To Who ever it may concern! I've been a customer For Many Years ever since you have had your only store in south Ftw. Texas. This Past Saturday @ approximately @ 2 pm. I was in your Weatherford Location. I frequently go and have a enjoyable time and get the help I am needing. I have spent a lot of money in several Locations. The Decatur, Texas and The Lake Worth Location. one in south Ft.Worth Texas Location as well. The one In Weatherford, Heather and Daniel are amazing by the way every time I go in there location. They treat me to the highest and Help me because I am Disabled Due to Spinal Issues From my neck down and back a lot of metal and cadaver bones in my body. Well anyway the worthless manager Tracey... no last name given when I asked him. ( I Didn't think he was the manager due to his actions) Cussing and being rude and sweeping the floor. There is barely enough room with a cane and pushing a buggy through the Isles. I seen him (Tracey) coming and asked him if he worked there and he informed me that he was the manager and he was busy after I asked him for help the first time... meanwhile Heather helped me or Daniel HELP ME WITH A FEW QUESTIONS ALREADY AND REALLY NOIVE AND PROFISSIONAL !! Tracey was A REAL JERK and made his self-look like a JackAss !! BECUASE I Was going to buy most of the items that was damged or open or returned by previous customers) That was in the back Right of the store. I asked him for a price that was missing from the blue tag that your stores uses. He informed that he was to busy to help me when he was holding a push Broom !! Really to busy for a customer ..And Didn't want to help a disabled customer for One and then Dont wanna help his P&L store / Comapny out. He was really bothering Heather and saying things that he shouldnt be saying in Public when he walks off several customers Heard him and me when I confronted him, Yes I have the phone numbers of them as Well,, I will never step foot back in that store as long as that ASS baby is still the manager.. If you keep him there he's going to get his ass hurt.. If he Smarts off like that again and treats anybody like that again, I'm sure if I felt better and other customers He would have gotten a few words and all from certain few customers that Noticed he was really disrespectful to me and another Lady that Had two Kids in there shopping for her husband that I met afterwards.. upper management needs TO BE AWARE !!! I have been double charge for stuff like I bought one pack of batteries and was charged for two on receipt this has happened a few times at this store and I had a 10 harbor freight rewards cash and it wasn't apply to my purchase so I am now just going to a store in ft worth and won't use the weatherford store anymore read more
